This contemplation fashion is relatively different from conventional contemplation ways. This fashion is a contemplation exercise and involves allowing over life. Though people of all periods can try this fashion, it's suitable for people of mature age (I mean 18 & over). The reason is that only those who have lived a certain (substantial) duration of life can reflect on their history. Veritably youthful people who are still in the original phase of their life are less likely (though not insolvable) to dissect their life from the angle that this contemplation demands. Nonetheless, this contemplation fashion is veritably useful for knowing our true characters.

Once a king called upon all of his wise men and asked them, Is there a mantra or suggestion which works in every situation, in every circumstance, in every place and in every time? The commodity which can help me when none of you is available to advise me. Tell me, is there any mantra?
All wise men got puzzled by King’s question. One answer to all questions? The commodity that works every place, in every situation? In every joy every anguish, every defeat and every palm? They allowed and allowed. After a lengthy discussion, an old man suggested a commodity which appeal to all of them. They went to the king and gave him a commodity written on paper. But the condition was that the king wasn't to see it out of curiosity. Only in extreme peril, when the King finds himself alone and there seems to be no way, only also he’ll have to see it. The papers were placed under his diamond ring.
After many days, the neighbors attack the Kingdom. It was a collaborative surprise attack by King’s adversaries. The King with his army fought bravely but lost the battle. The King had to flee on his steed. The adversaries were following him. His steed took him far down to Jungle. He could hear numerous colors of nags following him, and the noise was coming closer and closer. Suddenly, the King planted himself standing at the end of the road – that road wasn't going anywhere. Under there were a rocky vale a thousand bases deep. However, he'd be finished … and he couldn't return because it was a small road … From the reverse, the sound of the adversary’s nags was approaching presto, If he jumped into it. King came restless. There sounded to be no way.
Also, suddenly he saw the Diamond in his ring shining in the sun, and he remembered the communication hidden in the ring. He opened the diamond and read the communication. The communication was veritably small, but veritably great.
The communication was, This too will pass.
The King read it again and again. Suddenly, a commodity struck his mind, Yea! It too will pass. Only many days ago, I was enjoying my area. I was the potential of all the Lords. Yet a moment, the Kingdom and all his pleasure have gone. I'm then trying to escape from adversaries. Still, when those days of luxuries have gone, this day of peril too will pass. A calm comes to his face, and he kept standing there. The place of the King was full of natural beauty. He'd noway known that such a beautiful place was also a part of his Kingdom. The disclosure of the communication had a great effect on him. He relaxed and forget about his followers. After many twinkles, he realized that the noise of the nags and the adversary coming was retreating. They moved into some other part of the mountains and weren't on that path.
The King was veritably stalwart. He reorganized his army and fought again. He defeated the adversary and recapture his lost conglomerate. When he returned to his conglomerate after palm, he was entered with important fanfare at the door. The whole capital was rejoicing in the palm. Everyone was in a gleeful mood. Flowers were being thrown on King from every house, from every corner. People were dancing and singing. For a moment, the King said to himself, I'm one of the bold and topmost King. It isn't easy to master me. With all the events and festivity, he saw a pride arising in him.
Suddenly, the Diamond of his ring flashed in the sun and reminded him of the communication. He opens it and reads it again, “This too will pass”
He came silently. His face went through a total change-from the egotist, he moved to a state of maximum meekness.
Still, it isn't yours, If this too is going to pass.
The defeat wasn't yours, the palm isn't yours.
You're just a watcher. Everything passes by.
We're substantiations of all this. We're the perceives. Life comes and goes. Happiness comes and goes. Anguish comes and goes.
Now, as you have read this story, just sit quietly and estimate your own life. This too will pass. Suppose the moments of joy and palm in your life. Suppose the moment of Anguish and defeat. Are they endless? They all come and pass down. Life just passes down.
There were musketeers in history. They all have gone.
There is a musketeer's moment. They too will go.
There will be new musketeers hereafter. They too will go.
There were adversaries in history. They've gone.
There may be an adversary present. They too will go.
There will be new adversaries hereafter and … … they too will go.
There's nothing endless in this world. Everything changes except the law of change. Suppose over it from your perspective. You have seen all the changes. You have survived all lapses, all defeats and all sorrows. All have passed away. However, they too will pass down, If there are problems in the present. Because nothing remains, ever. Joy and anguish are the two faces of the same coin. They both will pass down. Who are you in reality? Know your real face. Your face isn't your true face. It'll change with time. Still, there's a commodity in you, which won't change. It'll remain unchanged. What's that incommutable? It's nothing but your true tone.
You're just a substantiation to change. Experience it, understand it.
Every day for 10-15 twinkles, sitting in silence. Just suppose over the judgment, This too will pass. Pondering over your own life will make you realize the true meaning of this judgment. Everything passes, yet your real identity remains the same. That real you are your true tone. To know that tone is true contemplation.
