What is Chronic Leukemia?

Leukemia is a blood and bone marrow transplant that occurs after genetic cancer. Leukemia affects the cellular maturation process, which causes the accumulation of immature blood cells in the spinal cord and blood. In some cases, leukemia causes, abnormal cells to multiply very rapidly, while in other cases abnormal blood cells have a longer life span and persist in different areas within the body. Incomplete blood cells cannot replace normal blood cells, since they cannot fulfill their role. So the cells affected by leukemia are not immune and can cause serious damage. Considering the growth rate and persistence of the disease, there are two types of leukemia: malignant leukemia and chronic leukemia. If we look at the types of stem cells affected by the disease, leukemia can be lymphocytes. Acute leukemia differs from chronic leukemia in the degree to which stem cells can reach their growth (existing stem cells can still slowly grow and resemble immature or complete cells, normal white blood cells). Acute leukemia is a type of cancer that grows rapidly. It is characterized by excessive blood clotting with immature cells that are unable to perform the functions of normal blood cells. In the case of acute leukemia, the bone marrow cannot produce normal amounts of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Patients with leukemia also develop anemia, a deficiency of normal red blood cells. Also, a decrease in the number of white blood cells reduces the body's ability to fight infections, while a deficiency of platelets contributes to inflammation and bleeding. Chronic leukemia usually develops slower than acute leukemia. In the case of chronic leukemia, the body is able to produce more mature blood cells than those produced by acute leukemia. Although these cells may appear imperfect, they are unable to fulfill their role within the body and are prone to interacting with different levels of the body. And they have a long life. Chronic leukemia of lymphocytes,  a form, is known to affect a type of blood cell called B lymphocyte. The disease weakens the immune system, disrupts normal bone marrow function and facilitates access to harmful cells in the body.CLL is one of the most common forms of leukemia in adults. It usually happens In general, bone marrow cells (immature cells) become mature blood cells over time. Blood stem cells can be myeloid stem cell or lymphoid stem cell  during or after CLL, most blood cells become abnormal lymphocytes. Abnormal lymphocytes may be called leukemia cells. These leukemia cells cannot fight off infection very well. Also, as the number of leukemia cells grows in the blood and bone marrow, there is less space for healthy white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets. This can lead to infection, anemia, and easy bleeding. It rarely happens in children, Chronic lymphocyte's leukemia begins to develop at the bone marrow level, but can quickly spread to different organs and tissues through the bloodstream. The presence of chronic lymphocyte's leukemia is usually diagnosed with blood tests and careful physical examination. Although some people apparently may not have symptoms of the disease, some patients may experience fatigue, lethargy, hallucinations, loss of memory, impaired vision and hearing, vertigo, weakness, joint and bone pain. As with other forms of the disease, chronic leukemia requires specific treatment and treatment. The chances of a complete cure for the disease are much better if it is diagnosed early.
