 Can you get (catch) acne from other people?

 

Answer: Although some types of acne contain bacterium, it is found in the hair follicles under your skin and cannot be transmitted by contact. Thus, touching or kissing someone with acne will not make you acne.

 

 If both my parents have acne does it mean I will have acne?

 

Answer: Research shows that genes play a key role in determining who develops acne. It should be kept in mind that like any other illness, just because your family  history does not guarantee that you will get it; only if you have a very good chance and then someone has no family history.

Excessive washing you skin can irritate your skin and make it more worse to infections. taking bath with a gentle cleanser will help reduce the formation of skin cells and keep your skin look good. So find a balance and try not to exceed from a limit.

 

 Does stress cause acne?

 

Answer: Depression has been shown to make acne worse, not to cause it directly. So if you are having acne you should be aware of how you react under stress and develop master plan to help manage and keep it under control. This will not only help you control your acne but also benefit your whole life.

 

Can you have acne when you are in your teens?

 

Answer: The simple answer is yes. In fact, most people donot  have acne in their teens can develop it in their 30s, 40s, and 50s.

 

 Does make up or sunscreen make acne worse?

 

Answer: Some oily and thick products can attach to the skin follicles leading to the growth of acne. Not all products affect everyones skin in the same way, so while most people develop acne using one product someone else may not. If you are prone to acne you should be very careful about what you apply on your skin. Always try to use oil-free products and check a small amount on a piece of skin for a few days before using it all the time.

Answer: Although it is not yet clear why this happens, vigorous physical activity makes your body heat and sweat appear to make acne worse for some people. Another cause is that exercise increases the production of sebum, an oil on skin, when overprotected, causes acne.

A facial expression is used to describe everything from a counter product you buy to a medical store and make yourself into something that is done in an rich spa area for thousand of dollars. The important thing is that anything that can irritate your skin can make your acne more worse.

Answer: Acne medications, like all medications, may not work properly over time as your body builds resistance. It may be necessary to use anti-acne medications to make it more effective
