What is Broncho-pneumonia? Know the causes and symptoms

What is Bronchitis?

 

This is a special type of pneumonia, in which along with swelling in both the lungs, there is a condition of inflammation in the trachea also. Which is called bronchiolitis. This is a form of rioting. This disease mostly occurs in children and old people. In children, it is called rib walking in the language of simple speech. Generally it occurs due to bronchitis, hence it is called broncho-pneumonia. In this there is inflammation in the lungs. As soon as this disease attacks, cough, restlessness, extreme shortness of breath, fever, restlessness, excessive thirst, lethargy, ribs walk, dry cough with severe pain and the patient has difficulty in breathing simultaneously. In this, the fever is usually up to 100- 102 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

What is the cause of bronchiolitis?

 

1. Respiratory- Pleuritic disease is usually caused by bacteria called pneumococci and H-influenzi. Apart from this, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus and other bacteria are also responsible.

 

2. This disease occurs at the end of toxic diseases like romantic, whooping cough, diphtheria, gonorrheal fever etc.

 

3. At the end of Kaas disease, this disease arises in tuberculosis (TB) and when strong air enters the respiratory tract.

 

4. In children who are drinking milk, this disease also arises in children due to unhygienic consumption of mother.

 

5. In adults, this disease is often seen after acute bronchitis or influenza. When the patient's immunity decreases.

 

What are the symptoms of bronchiolitis?

 

1. Fever- Bronchitis- The patient of pleurisy gets fever with chills, then in a few days the velocity of fever increases to 102 degree- 103 degree Fahrenheit. In this, the fever gradually subsides. In between, something goes up.

 

2. Cough- The attack of this disease is sudden. Cough is a major symptom due to inflammation in the respiratory tract. Mostly dry cough is more painful.

 

3. Breathlessness- In this disease, the symptom of shortness of breath is found in every patient.

5. Intestinal symptoms- When infants are affected, symptoms of vomiting and effusion start appearing in the initial period of this disease.

 

6. Nervous symptoms- According to the severity of the disease, restlessness is found in the patient. Convulsions arise especially in infants. Depression and sometimes renunciation are seen in adults and in the elderly.

 

7. Weakness- The patient looks tired and looks very weak. While sleeping, half of the patient's eyes remain open.

 

8. Respiratory symptoms- The speed of breathing increases, swelling and crepitation are found in the whole thorax.

 

9. Chest pain- In the condition of pleurisy, the patient experiences pain in the chest with every breath.

 

Bronchi-pleurisy Typical symptoms-

 

Generally, the increase in temperature in this disease is in proportion to the serious condition of the disease. Patients whose temperature rises to 105 degrees Fahrenheit are more likely to die. In adults, the pulse rate reaches 150 times per minute. In children, it becomes even more, which becomes difficult to even count. Breathing speed increases from 40 to 80.

 

Sometimes symptoms like restlessness, delirium and insomnia are present in the patient.

 

The patient's face remains flushed.

 

There is often diarrhea and vomiting.

 

In adults, the mucus is a thick, sticky brick colored. There is very little mucus in children which young children swallow.

 

The symptoms of pleurisy arise due to the condensation of secretions inside the lungs between the second and fifth days. In such a state, there is a sound of solidity when the chest is played with the finger. A creaking sound is heard when listened to with a stethoscope.

 

The patient's power becomes weak. If the patient's strength becomes excessive, then the breathing increases and the patient dies due to pulmonary edema.

 

This is a very painful infectious disease. Death is less in this. Utfulka occurs in children with shortness of breath and edema. Due to which the chest and thoracic regions of the children appear to be swollen with air and air.

 

Other diagnostic symptoms

 

Difficulty in breathing, puffiness and mucus are the main symptoms of this disease. All these symptoms are very helpful in diagnosis.

 

On examination of the patient, his tongue becomes dry, his nostrils appear to be twitching. The breathing rate is rapid and there is excessive thirst.

 

Breathing sound is heard of bronchial or tubular type. Rals are also heard on both sides of Ronkai and pleural floors.

 

The heart rate seems to be fast on hearing.

 

Urine comes in less quantity and dark color.

If the pulse rate of 130 is found in young children and older people, if there is blueness on the face, decrease in blood weight and restlessness, etc., there should be a possibility of blockage of heart rate.

 

This disease becomes painful if the elderly patient is suffering from chronic disease, emphysema or nephritis.

 

If this disease persists for more than 3 weeks in the child, then tuberculosis should be suspected.

When the patient recovers, the lungs become normal, due to lack of proper treatment, the traces of the disease remain in the lungs, which eventually takes the form of bronchiectasis.
