Cancer is one of the dangerous diseases in the world. There are many varieties in cancer. Breast cancer is one of that. Mostly women's are affected by this. There is a least counting in men.

Breast cancer most often begins with cells in the milk-producing ducts.

In general, triple-negative and HER2-positive tumors tend to grow more rapidly, while hormone receptor-positive breast cancers tend to be slower moving.

Studies show that even though breast cancer happens more often now than it did in the past, it doesn't grow any faster than it did decades ago. On average, breast cancers double in size every 180 days, or about every 6 months. Still, the rate of growth for any specific cancer will depend on many factors.

Most breast cancers are found in women who are 50 years old or older. Some women will get breast cancer even without any other risk factors that they know of. Having a risk factor does not mean you will get the disease, and not all risk factors have the same effect.

Surgery and radiation are used to treat cancer in a specific part of the body (such as the breast). They do not affect the rest of the body.

If you're lucky and catch your condition early on, then your breast cancer treatment will generally last between three and six months. This assumes there is no further growth while you are undergoing treatment. In more advanced cases, you should typically expect a minimum of six months of treatment.

Metastatic breast cancer may spread to any part of the body. It most often spreads to the bones, liver, lungs, and brain. Even after cancer spreads, it is still named for the area where it began.

Many people survive for years or even decades after getting a breast cancer diagnosis and receiving treatment.

The condition is most common in women over age 50 who have been through the menopause

Are women under the age of 40 at risk of breast cancer? “Younger women, in general, do not believe they are at risk of breast cancer. Breast cancer, on the other hand, can strike at any age. Women under the age of 40 account for 5 per cent of all breast cancer cases.

Most healthy adults should aim for at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity weekly, plus strength training at least twice a week. Breast-feed. Breast-feeding might play a role in breast cancer prevention.
