Blood Sugar

Blood Sugar In diabetes, insulin deficiency raises blood sugar levels, which can lead to other diseases such as high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Diabetic coma is a serious type of diabetes that causes seizures. If you have diabetes, hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia can lead to diabetes.

When you fall into a coma, you are alive - but you can't wake up or respond intentionally to what you see, sounds or other forms of motivation. If left untreated, diabetes mellitus can be fatal.

The concept of a coma in diabetes is frightening, but you can take steps to prevent it. Start by following your diabetes treatment plan.

Before you have a diabetic coma, you will usually have signs and symptoms of high blood sugar or low blood sugar.

Some people, especially those with long-term diabetes, develop a condition known as hyperglycaemia and may not have any warning signs of low blood sugar.

If you experience any symptoms of high or low blood sugar, check your blood sugar and follow your diabetes treatment plan based on the test results. If you do not start to feel better immediately, or if you start to feel bad, call emergency help.

A person needs to get 1500 to 1800 calories daily. Therefore, the diet of a diabetic patient should include at least 3 vegetables and two fruits daily.

Diabetics must include broccoli, beans, spinach, peas and leafy vegetables in their diet. Fiber helps keep the stomach full for a long time and keeps blood sugar levels right and blood pressure and cholesterol under control.

Many people think that diabetics should not eat fruits because they contain sugar, this is true, but not every fruit should be avoided. Some fruits, such as mangoes, grapes and bananas, are high in sugar, so eat them occasionally, but not more than one small bowl at a time.
