what is Asthma and Its Symptoms.

In his book, Essential Allergy, Niels Mygind describes asthma as,

“Lung disease characterized by: 1, flexible obstruction and respiratory failure; 2, inflammation of the airways; and 3, hypersensitivity reactions. ”

Asthma is a disease in which the bronchial tubes become sensitive to irritants, which cause them to burn and produce difficult breathing. Inflammation can cause,

* cutting of muscles around the airways,

* Inflammation of the airway due to inflammation of the airways, and,

* excessive mucus in the airways.

Asthma is endemic in many western countries and is a chronic disease that affects children.

Asthma, in some cases, is incurable, but in many patients, it can be controlled so that it has the smallest and most common symptoms and can live an active life.

If you have asthma, managing it is an important part of your life. Managing asthma means staying away from things that worry your mood and taking medicines or natural remedies prescribed by your doctor.

When a person experiences a recurrence of asthma symptoms, it is called an asthma episode or, in extreme cases, an asthma attack. During an asthma attack, the smooth muscles around the contractor of the bronchial tubes, causing the airway to narrow to allow air to enter. Inflammation increases, and airways become swollen and narrow. Cells in the airways also produce more mucus than normal, reducing airways. Changes in airways cause symptoms of asthma.

Asthma attacks are not the same as everything else worse than others. In severe asthma attacks, the airways can become so closed that they do not get enough oxygen to vital organs. This condition is a medical emergency. People can die from asthma attacks. A person suffering from pneumonia feels like drowning.

Reading warning signs or symptoms of asthma can often warn the patient in time to take precautionary measures, such as medications or natural remedies.

Asthma attacks can occur in the long run. Although there are times when difficult episodes hit asthmatics, most people who have asthma say there are longer times when they have fewer, if any, symptoms of asthma.

Here are some of the symptoms of asthma:

* Cough. Coughing in people with asthma is usually worse at night or early in the morning, making it harder for them to sleep. This can only be a sign of a child with asthma.

* Murmuring. Hitting sounds are a sound or pressure that you breathe.

* Strong feeling in the chest. This may sound like someone is squeezing or sitting on your chest.

* Shortness of breath. People with asthma often have difficulty holding their breath or feel short of breath or shortness of breath.

* the Decreased role of air in the lungs is why this increases air resistance.

* Significant modification with steroid drugs

* Times without symptoms

* Frequent outbreaks of allergies

* Inflammation of the airways

* Bronchial hyper reaction to unspecified substances such as cold air, air pollution, pollen, dust, or other irritating substances

* Asthma symptoms brought on by exercise

* Coughing or wheezing caused by prolonged crying or laughter

Not all people have these symptoms, and the symptoms can vary from asthma to another. Some symptoms are mild, and others are life-threatening.

Symptoms also vary depending on how often they occur. Some people with asthma have symptoms once every few months, some have symptoms every week, and some people have symptoms every day.
