What is/are way to happiness?
Let me be clear about, that every point written in the book '101 Ways to Happiness' may or may not be applicable to you. The author wants to just let people know that small moments when cherished can lead to happiness. The book is all about nourishing body, mind, soul. Author lead readers to or mainly focuses on spiritual joy of life.

Take a day off
As I said Not all points will be applicable to you, surely one point among all points can change your vision about life. Author concludes that being happy is a practice, and you need to take time for yourself for being happy, but author also say we are human beings, it's okay to be sad sometimes and not force yourselves to be happy all time.
