What is Acne Treatment: Few Facts about Acne

First pimples affect 90% of the adolescent population. So you are not alone. Beyond that, there is usually nothing about what you did, what you ate, or how you washed. So you don’t have to feel guilty. So let’s look at some facts

1) Junk food causes pimples. Wrong! Pizza, chocolate, coke, or any other junk food has never been proven to be the cause. This does not mean that you should continue to consume this junk food. A proper diet is good for everyone and makes you feel good.

2) Dirt causes pimples. Wrong! In fact, washing your face more than twice a day or rubbing your face with a pad or flannel can make it worse. Acne treatment requires mild soap and thorough washing.

3) Sweat cleans my pores. Wrong! Body sweat and a mixture of oils can make some conditions worse for some acne sufferers. Take a shower immediately after any sport and wear loose clothing.

4) Acne is caused by women's makeup. Wrong! No scientific evidence has been found to substantiate this. Most products today are insane about clogging holes. So this is not a problem. However, do not wear makeup while exercising, as it can aggravate the problem.

5) Stress can lead to acne. Wrong! Up to a limit. Stress triggers certain hormones, which make the condition worse. However, this is not the reason.

6) You cannot cure acne. But you can treat! There are many good acne treatments available in the market. See your doctor.

7) The sun can help. Wrong! This can make the situation worse over time. Tan can make your skin look better, but it definitely does no good.

8) Spot Acne Treatment Works. Wrong! The whole face should be treated. Most problems come under the skin. That is why nothing happens if treated from above.

 9) Drink plenty of fluids such as water and juice. Reduce the intake of carbonated beverages. Makeup is not recommended. Wash your face with mild soap and water. The logic is not to remove the dirt (as experienced by many acne sufferers) but to remove the plugs on the pores of the skin, which may be a combination of dead skin cells, bacteria, and hardened sebum. Although dirt does not actually cause acne, it can contribute to further infection by interacting with skin debris and cells and excess oil in the skin.

10. Another way to reduce the presence of excess oil on the skin is to wash your face with as much warm water as possible.

11. This is especially true when the weather is hot, and you are sweating. Acne treatment is just as important as skincare measures to prevent acne. With prevention, at the very least, you know how to prevent your acne problem from developing and spreading to the infected area.

12) Just a few word hints, do not lift or squeeze ... Keep your hands away from your face ... Find anything and stick to it ... Do not wash it ... Do not use flannel or harsh scrubs. Greetings at the end
