What is a practical approach to healthy

Eating I've been doing push-ups five days a week for over 25 years. My arms are very strong, but "it didn't happen overnight." I didn't do push-ups for weeks or months, and I stopped. I have to make a habit of pushing myself if I want to continue getting my results. It's just like eating healthy. You will never be healthy, you eat healthy from time to time. If you want to be healthy, then you have to inculcate the habit of eating healthy. People jump on the "band cart" of healthy food when reading books or browsing websites that talk about healthy eating. Although many of these books and websites tell you what to eat to stay healthy, they do not teach you how to practice healthy eating. So in the short term, when the temptation comes, people tend to go back to their old unhealthy eating habits. What is habit? According to Webster's Dictionary, habit is "a behavior characterized by sensitivity to repetition or self-expression, or a high degree of performance." Do you see that if we apply this principle to healthy eating, we will be on the way to a healthy life? Bad eating habits: Bad eating habits do not start immediately. In many people, these habits started developing in childhood. So, another reason why many adults find it difficult to break free from their bad eating habits is because these habits have been a part of their lifestyle for many years. Why Do We Eat Food? There are two main reasons why we eat. The second is the supply of fuel to our body. The second reason is entertainment. Unfortunately, some of the foods we enjoy are unhealthy. Many people choose food based on what they see, smell or taste. Look at these three sentences: This pie looks good! She smells great! It definitely tastes good! Note that all three of these expressions include food and entertainment. However, sugary foods (in this case, pies) may or may not be good for you from a healthy diet. So we should be wise in the choice of food and not leave it to our sight, taste or smell alone. Healthy Eating Can Be Happy: Some people think that eating healthy is boring and tasteless. I think one of the reasons they feel this way is that most of the advertising we see promote foods high in calories, s***, or sugar and only a small percentage of food marketing uses fruits, vegetables, and vegetables. Made of grains and beans. So if there was more nutritional education, more and more people would get healthy and tasty food. How Healthy Eating Habits Changed My Life: In 1998 my wife finally told me I went to the doctor for a checkup. I didn't feel sick, but clearly said it was a good idea to have a physical exam every year. I thank God for obeying him. I have been an athlete all my life. I run 18 miles a week. So when I went to the doctor, I didn't expect to hear the bad news he had given me. He told me that I had diabetes without any limits. Diabetes can be very dangerous if it is not treated. It is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. This is a pancreas that causes the body to stop producing the insulin needed to control your blood sugar. My doctor told me I didn't need to take prescribed medication, but he suggested I start reading some books on healthy eating. This was the beginning of my journey of healthy eating habits that transformed my lifestyle. Today I can honestly say that I am in good health. I feel good, I sleep well, people tell me I don't look my age, I maintain a healthy weight, I don't take any medications, My blood pressure is normal, My blood sugar is normal, My Cholesterol is normal, my soldiers are strong, and the list goes on. It is wonderful to have a good life, and I thank God for that. However, I do not believe that I am healthy because of luck. I firmly believe that one of the main reasons I am healthy is that I am committed to my health. Creating healthy eating habits is a big part of this responsibility. Our physical body has laws that govern proper diet. If we break these rules by regularly eating unhealthy foods, we will get sick.
