Some experts also say that drinking a good amount of water every day and the right amount of potatoes in the diet can prevent many kidney diseases and ailments (including kidney stones). There are also claims that eating potatoes break down kidney stones, but no scientific study has confirmed this.

Potatoes are also valuable for heartburn and gastric acidity. Eczema (ringworm and psoriasis) and applying potato juice on burnt skin also essentially eliminate eczema and skin burn marks while the skin is also protected. If you want to avoid the adverse effects of potatoes, use them with hot spices.

 

In Oriental medicine, Potato is said to be a cold and dry vegetable. It is also noted that eating boiled potatoes with peels is more beneficial than cooking them in curry. However, consuming more than 250 grams (one pound) of potatoes per day can do more harm than good.

When using potatoes, it should be kept in mind that it is slow to digest, so potatoes should not be used during constipation or in a weak stomach. In addition, excessive use of it also produces gas in the stomach. Eating too many potatoes can also cause mucus on the chest. How Potato to keep fresh and don't let it spoiled
