However, with 5G, event organizers may be able to pay for a larger piece of the network, increasing internet bandwidth and thereby improving their visitors' online experience. This may be at the price of the West, which is concerned about Asia's 5G progress. The notion has been criticized by White House officials, but some analysts believe it will become a reality by 2025. In the United States, 5G will account for nearly half of all mobile connections.
