What he Beginner’s Guide to Permanent Weight Loss, Part 1

“The Hottest Fuel in the World” I vividly remember one evening watching TV and flipping through channels until I saw an ad that caught my eye. It was obvious why I would be interested in it because I was looking to lose weight at the time and I was ridiculed for what they called “the most powerful fat burner in the world”. That sale was a diet pill, it had all the usual promises of “easy” and “fast” weight combined with the fact that you could eat whatever you wanted. I did not buy the product but it always stuck in my mind because of the claim of “the most powerful oil burner in the world”. After losing all the weight I needed and after learning about healthy eating and losing weight permanently, I found something very close to becoming the most powerful fat burner in the world and I am here to express who you are. What I am talking about is water. If there is one thing in common with gurus diet and all the different weight loss programs out there, water consumption. You’ve heard everywhere that you need to drink water to lose weight, but: Have you ever wondered why? Have you ever wondered how water helps you lose weight? If you do not know how to do it right, it is not your fault. You see, no one has a patent on the water and it is difficult to mark it and make a ton of money. There are not many benefits for weight loss retailers mocking the beauty of water. People just know that water is important for weight loss, but since there is not much money to be made with water, retailers may make it appear that water is not as important for weight loss as diet pills say, for example. Before I disclose to you why I think water is "the most powerful fuel in the world", first I want to end the big myth about water. Some people do not drink enough water when eating, thinking that they will lose weight if they do not keep the water in excess. However, this is a myth and the opposite is true. If you do not drink enough water every day, it is possible that your body stores water and fat that you do not need or do not want. Your body needs water and is sixty / seventy percent water. However, if you do not drink enough water, your body thinks you are in danger and is trying to hold on to all the water you can get. Water is stored between the cells and appears as extra weight. Feet, legs and arms may be swollen. However, when your body gets enough water, the extra stored water weight is released and you will easily see the difference in the scale. In addition, when you drink a lot of water, you will eat less. Water is a natural process that suppresses appetite. A glass of water before eating will help you feel full and eat less. You will also remove extra salt by drinking water (salt can cause the body to cling to water). Aside from all of this, there is another reason why I believe water is "the most powerful fat burner in the world", and it's a shame that almost no one is talking about it. You need water to make your body burn fat. Here's why: You see, your liver is a fat burner. It is there to help you burn body fat; therefore, you need the courage to work at the right level to get the best results for weight loss. Now, without water, your kidneys cannot function properly and your liver must come in to help you. While your liver is busy helping the kidneys, the liver cannot burn as much fat as it could, so some of the fat that was commonly used as fuel is stored in your body as fat instead. Drinking plenty of water helps your kidneys do their job and indirectly allows your liver to return to its fuel-efficient function. Now you can easily see why something as simple as drinking water can have a greater impact on your weight loss efforts than a $ 60 diet pill. Your next question may be, “How much water do I need to get this done?” I'm sure you've heard of the general recommendation for drinking at least eight, 8 oz. daily glasses of water. However, this is the last thing a regular physical activity does. If you are looking to lose weight, you need to drink more than that. Have you ever wondered why eight glasses of water are a recommendation for everyone. No matter how much you weigh or how much you exercise. This does not seem to be sound advice at all. However, they are ‘common recommendations’ about water. Do you think a 120-pound person needs as much water as 300 pounds a person? My recommendation is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. For example if you weigh 200 pounds, your goal should be to eat 100 ounces of water a day. Now, I have one last tip about adding more water to your system. If you are accustomed to drinking one to two glasses a day, trying to change as many as 8-10 glasses a day is just a means to an end. Instead, try to progress to 4 glasses in the next 2-3 weeks and when you feel comfortable with that, you can move on to the next level until you can easily handle more than 8 glasses a day.
