What foods will the child's intelligence grow quickly by eating regularly from a young age

Children should not only eat milk and rice, but they should also eat a variety of foods for nutritional and intellectual development. Especially now, parents feed various types of marketed nutritious food for the brain development of the child. But experts say that proper eating habits are more important for the development of the child's intelligence.

 

1) Mother's milk:

 

Babies should be breastfed for at least six months. Because drinking a mother's milk increases the child's intelligence. A group of Brazilian researchers came to this conclusion after observing 3,500 children for a long time.

 

2) Eggs and Milk:

 

Eggs are rich in protein and other essential nutrients. Many nutritionists recommend eating eggs regularly as a balanced diet. Especially, eggs contain an element called 'choline'. This choline helps maintain good brain health and improve memory. On the other hand, milk and dairy products contain vitamin D. This vitamin helps to maintain the health of the nervous system and increases the lifespan of nerve cells.

 

3) Colorful Vegetables:

 

Vegetables like tomatoes, potatoes, pumpkins, or carrots contain carotenoids. This ingredient helps in keeping multiple nerves healthy. A combination of carotenoids is especially good for eye health. These vegetables are full of antioxidants. It helps in the growth and health of brain cells. You can eat different types of vegetables. The native Brahmin herb is practically legendary for brain development.

 

4) Salmon:

About 40 percent of the fatty acids in the brain are DHA, which is found in marine and fish oils.

Although this fish is not very common in Bengali kitchens, it is not difficult to find the location of this fish if you do a little searching. Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Apart from that, this fish contains two components called 'DHA' and 'EPA', which are very important to keep the brain healthy. Salmon can become a 'superfood' for the brain when fed to children.

 

5) Banana:

 

A banana is a fruit that contains a lot of starchy carbohydrates or sugars. Having a banana as a light snack sometime after breakfast will help your child sustain his energy throughout the morning. As a result, his ability to focus on any task will also increase. So put a banana in your child's bag instead of a packet of chips or biscuits as a quick snack.

 

6) Dry fruits:

 

Fruits that can be dried are rich in iron. They are a source of massive energy. So children should practice eating dry fruits. Then the child's intellectual development will gain a lot of expansion. Mothers should be given dry fruits instead of chocolate. The baby's teeth will also be good.

 

7) Cheese:

 

Low-fat, high-fiber dietary guidelines are for adults, not children. Children need relatively more fat and less sugar for their growing bodies. In this, they get more energy in the body and can perform various tasks very well.

 

8) Nuts:

 

Give the child a few nuts every day. Because almonds contain vitamin E, which increases the brain's ability to coordinate. Any kind of nut including cashews, pistachios, and groundnuts is helpful in the mental growth of children.

 

9) Black Jam:

 

Black Jam is rich in antioxidants that protect the heart and brain from damage. At the same time, this fruit also increases blood circulation in the heart. So try to give the child 1-2 black jams every day.

 

11) Red apple:

 

Apple peels are rich in antioxidants. Besides, it contains ingredients that sharpen the brain as well as reduce the risk of heart disease. Many children like to eat apples, so give the child more apples.

 

12) Pumpkin seeds:

 

As beneficial as pumpkin is, its seeds contain a variety of minerals and omega-3 fatty acids that lower cholesterol levels and sharpen the brain. So try to fry the baby without throwing the pumpkin seeds.

 

13) Honey:

 

No food can beat honey for its health benefits. Honey is needed to cure all diseases. It contains various vitamins, antioxidants, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, etc. Honey is equally essential for the heart and brain.
