Emotions drive the machine of your life that creates what you think about. The fact that emotions should be part of the equation can easily be justified by thinking about any time in your life, when you think long about having or doing… Most people are familiar with the phrase “thoughts become something” and the correct way of speaking is. However, a more accurate way to explain this concept would be to say that thoughts turn into feelings. Emotions also drive the machine of your life that creates what you think. The fact that emotions should be part of the equation is easily justified by thinking long and hard about having or doing something in your life, but these thoughts never manifested in what you thought. For example: • Most people think too often about having enough money to enjoy certain material possessions or experiences. • Almost all people think significantly about weight loss, physical fitness or general health. • The majority of people also spend a lot of time. Thinking about satisfying romantic or other social relationships. However, despite the great amount of thought devoted to some or all of these things, we often fail to achieve the level of success in the areas we desire. This is because we do not have the proper emotional attachment to the things we want to bring into our lives. No matter how much we think about it, more isn't necessarily better when thinking about the things we want, as unemotional thoughts have no real power. Always ultimately serves to bring that thing into your life. To illustrate this concept, think back to any job interview you've been involved in, a health promotion program, a date, or any other social situation where you felt very positive and confident. In most, if not all, of these situations, one of two things happened: 1) Whatever you felt positive, you experienced or enjoyed it, or 2) You got it after you did it.
By feeling positive and confident about getting something, you hold yourself accountable for the outcome, as opposed to a lack of confidence that will make you feel powerless to get what you want from anything. Specific situation. However, you need to be honest with yourself when considering whether you feel really positive and confident about getting something. Desiring something is not the same as feeling positive or confident about getting it. Everyone wants whatever they regard as financial, health or social success, but actually believing we will achieve it is another matter entirely. That's the difference between thinking too much about something and thinking high quality. It is something that determines whether we finally reach it. High-quality thoughts about something are those that evoke a consistent positive emotional response about that thing. These thoughts fill you with the belief that sooner or later you will achieve whatever you think. Compare that to how most people think about achieving their desires. What people think about their dreams is usually that of doubt, fear, uncertainty, anxiety, lack of confidence, etc. You will find that it tends to evoke negative, debilitating emotional responses, such as Rarely in history has anyone accomplished anything remarkable. How scared they were about whether it would actually happen. Debilitating thoughts such as fear do not tend to show positive results. This does not mean that fear or similar emotions are not part of the process, because they often are. However, as crushing debilitating emotions has an immediate effect by making us feel powerful, they are only used as tools to bolster the confidence and level of faith of the person involved! If you've ever faced a fear, you know it's true. The ultimate solution to using the power of your emotions as fuel for self-improvement is to consciously recognize how you feel about something you want to do. Finalize. If the thought of improving your finances, health, social life, or any other area of your life makes you feel anything but positive and confident, you have to accept the fact that you have mental hurdles ahead of you that need to be cleared. Will be successful in this field. These barriers can then be cleared by engaging in any activity that will remove these negative feelings. This can include training on what needs to be done to achieve your goal, it can mean applying affirmations or visualizations, doing research on the topic, hiring a professional to assist you, or even something as simple as voicing a disempowering belief. Once the dark things in our subconscious are brought to light, they appear to have little, if any, real power over us. Bring out your negative, disempowering beliefs by being 100% honest with yourself about how you feel about something you want to achieve. When you realize whatever is causing your negative emotions, drag it into the light by kicking and screaming, eliminate it. And you will leave yourself with nothing but positive and confident feelings about your ability to succeed. Then you will do exactly that!
