What does MVR means in Baseball..
Baseball:
Baseball is a game played between two teams each with nine players and four bases the batter team which is called the offensive team needs to throw the ball away from the fielding team which is also known as the defensive team which defends the offensive team from making any run. The run is made when the offensive team successfully reaches out to the base and touches the home place from where the pitcher started the game. The game could be won by outscoring the best in all 9 innings i.e. scoring high runs from another team.

It is the former federation abbreviated as “IBAF” which was suspended by “WBSC”.
WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC:
WBC is an international baseball tournament or competition that is held among different countries. It is stated that more than 100 nations play baseball. The winning team is awarded a trophy named as “World Baseball Classic Trophy”.
WHAT DOES MVR MEAN? :
MVR stands for mound visit remaining. It is a visit remaining measure to count how many visits of the coach to the mound are remaining.
MOUND:
The mound is a hill of dirt from where an offensive team player pitches the ball. MVR is a visit of the coach to the mound under the rule after an announcement of a player injury or a chance of potential injury that will cause a substitution or to clean the cleats after the rain.
HOW MANY MVR IN BASEBALL:
The limit of mound visits was 6 per 9 innings but in 2019 the limit was set to 5 per 9 innings. In case of the tie as innings are increased, for every increase in inning the team is also granted an extra additional MV.
WHY DOES THE UMPIRE GO TO THE MOUND? :
The umpire goes to the mound to check the pitcher of the offensive team to see if he has hidden anything like oil or grease to change the velocity of the ball. The umpire can check it before and after every inning.
HOW MANY MOUND VISITS ARE ALLOWED IN MLB PER INNING?
In each inning, the coaching staff can visit the mound once. A free mound visit is granted on each further extra inning. In mound visit one or more players can talk to the pitcher which can be either from the staff or from the players. It can either discuss strategy
MLB MOUND VISIT RULES:
Each MV is of 30 seconds and the same pitcher cannot be visited in one inning more than once.

HOW MANY MOUND VISITS ARE ALLOWED IN COLLEGE BASEBALL? :
In college baseball some rules are different according to their rules it is said that they are provided 3 free mound visits except 6 given mound visits and a free mound visit on each further extra inning.

Mound visits had no time limit prior to the 2016 season, when Major League Baseball began limiting visits by managers and coaches to 30 seconds. The rule limiting each team to six mound visits per nine innings was instituted prior to the 2018 campaign and changed to five per nine innings prior to the 2019 season.
DOES PITCHING CHANGE COUNT AS MOUND VISIT? :
According to the MLB 2016 rule it is mentioned that changing pitchers does not count as a mound visit. If a pitcher is changed by a coach or manager and they have not talked to the new pitcher then it does not count as a mound visit but if they talk with the new pitcher then it will count
