What does it mean when 'advanced' stands in front of a civilization.

When the discussion about topic 'advanced civilization' starts then the first thing comes into the mind of most peoples is 'technology.' How we use the energy, what is the level of our machinery, What is the standard of scientific and mechanical companies etc., questions take place in our minds. But when we think about this topic deeply, we get that - technology has nothing to do with it. 

A civilization is advanced or not basically doesn't depend on their level of technology. It depends on their level of 'intellectual and logical way of thinking. The way how a civilization generally makes decisions decides its level of intelligence. Therefore the more they made impartial structures of working, the more they stand as developed.  

And comparing these terms to the structure of present human civilization tells that we haven't even taken the first step of becoming an advanced civilization.

Being united as a species - the first step of becoming advance

For becoming an advanced civilization, it's important first to become a 'true civilization.' A civilization must be a 'united society' where equality and impartiality must be the priorities for every individual. The social structure of the civilization might not contain unnecessary diversities, which do not give the sense of logic.

The structure of present human society does not contain these necessary qualifications. Human society cannot be called a society because there are still unnecessary diversities existing in it. The structure of society is still divided into 'nations'; there are unnecessary organizations like religions etc. Even if it's acceptable that these were the formal steps of uniting humans, but it's also true that these 'were.' 

Now in the present era of humanity, the connection between the nations is becoming trustworthy. So if human civilization wants to become advanced, then now is the time to become a 'united human society. Even if it's true that a united society can't be made in a blink of an eye, it's also that now the human mind has resources and the complex ability to think for becoming united. Because without taking the step for 'united human society,' becoming advanced is not possible.

Way of thinking of an advanced civilization -

For becoming united, we need to have agreements more than disagreements. But the cause of nationalistic ideas and differences, the process of making decisions can fail. Therefore like an advanced civilization, our way of decision-making has to be impartial and uncrossed. In other words, it has to be based on 'impartial logic.' Because a decision that is impartially based on logic cannot be proved as wrong.

The last aim of an advanced civilization 

The more we think about this question, the more we got confused. That why a civilization wants to become advanced; what's the aim behind it. Or, in other words, what is the reason for an advanced civilization to live. And the answer is - 'curiosity.

It can be sound weird, but it's the truth. Billions of years of development, uncountable experiences, everything ends on it. But it can't be proove as wrong that being advanced represents being intellectual. And what else can be the reason for an intelligent civilization to be alive? 

But it doesn't end totally with curiosity. Because as we know, there are infinite mysteries in-universe. And for knowing the truth about them, a civilization must carry on being advance. And this one reason for a living gives them and us the reason to live for infinite time.
