By now, you know that two of our friends Dale and Carlos, blended well with the Indian cuisines and loved them as well. To our surprise, Dale has tried out foods from every corner of Indian, and yes, he didn’t miss out on the shopping part in the crowded markets of India too. Starting from “phirni” to our popular “chats,” he had it all. Of course, unlike any Indian, he didn’t miss out on our auspicious biriyani varieties too. Even the villagers of the Southern Part of India had him in their house to taste their authentic home-cooked meal.

So, it is time to unfold Carlos’ favorite Indian dish, and yes, it is “the Hyderabadi Biriyani” and “Gulab Jamuns.” You can see the happiness in his eyes while having those from the YouTube channel named “Dale Philip.” However, Carlos brought his wife with him, and both of the duos enjoyed Holi in the streets of India with the locals. Oh! What a lifetime memory it was for them. Apart from his favorites, Carlos even visited some native government schools to check out the work of Indian food and praised the food quality there. This American learned some Hindi terms as well which include, “Namaste Bhaishahab” and “kitna paisa.” It is quite cute when they pronounce such words.

Honestly, several bloggers come and visit the land to experience its food with different varieties and textures. But, Dale and Carlos are undoubtedly the best ones as they had food and explored India from every depth.
