What Do your thoughts about your body keep you away from success?

When someone joins my personal coaching program, the first thing I ask them to do is explain what their body looks like after I have helped them reach their target weight. It happens. I tell them to do this in writing - not by phone, and here's why ...

Deeply rooted negative thoughts can cause us trouble in any weight loss or health improvement program - in fact, our past failures are almost always marked by negative thoughts that we do not realize.

Most of our negative thoughts come when we write on paper (or on a computer).

I challenge you to write 10 short descriptions of what your body would look like in 30 days if you were trained by someone like me - someone who really knows how to change the human body, no matter what you do right now. What stage of the game are you at?

Go ahead, pause for a moment, and write down what your face looks like, what your arms look like, what your legs and your **** look like - does your skin look different, do your muscles tighten, can you get over it? Skinny - Explain everything in detail, and then come back.

Did you do this?

Make your list now before you continue reading - I want you to be away with some in-depth knowledge about yourself as you read this article.

Well, now that you have your list, I'll show you what you can use to find out if you are failing in your efforts to lose weight and stop it.

Here are some examples of statements my best friend made before working with him and me - statements that kept him away from success:

No face-more chiseling features, no double ****, no puff pastry or puffy cheeks, no bags under the eyes.

Other than the improved ****** shape, I have no complaints about my face, hair, eyes, nose, ears.

Neck - not double **** or "cattle"

Chest-no gynecomastia (female *******), instead of muscles. Look, Mom, I can see my ribs and chest muscles instead of the soft flaky mattress.

Hands-rough curves instead of soft breadsticks. Looking at nerves and muscles instead of ***.

Abdominal - Are Abs Really Hidden? He has never appeared in 50 years! It is best not to tighten the waist, which is uncomfortably trimmed due to too tight underwear.

Legs - shorter, longer and firmer, conical in shape. Although my calves are always bigger and firmer — the best part of my body, next to my brain.

Buttocks - less sagging, more form

The back is very short, it would be nice to see a "V" shape instead of a truncated pyramid.

Can you see why he had some difficulties in the past to reach his goal?

But let me tell you a little secret - this guy is in great shape now and enjoys life more than ever, 'and' he is so happy to talk on our coaching calls every week.

Now here is a list of women who have recently completed my coaching program - this list was written after our first session - see how positive each ad is:

How is my body going...
