What are you determined to do to achieve your goal of losing weight? I am constantly being asked about which diet is best, which book I would recommend and which exercise program one should follow. People think they can just buy a book to read and then some kind of magic happens when reading it causes their fat to disappear magically. Well, I'm here to tell you the news, the $ 40 investment in your weight loss book is just the beginning, with a lot of hard work and other costs involved. Investing Time There is a time you invest in your education (reading, watching videos etc.), the time you will spend exercising doing both cardio and weight training. There is a lot of time spent creating your new meal plans and preparing those meals yesterday or days in advance. There is a time involved in doing more laundry because you are suddenly doing more exercise now on your weight loss journey. Let me ask you this: What is your favorite TV show? How much television do you watch per week? 1 hour? Six? Are you willing to cut down on television so that you can spend time going to the gym and preparing breakfast? If not, don't worry about buying books that recommend diet and exercise programs? It takes time to prepare 5 or 6 meals a day and to go to the gym once or twice a day. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Food Investment The amount of food you put into your body is directly proportional to the level of your cells. Your cells create energy and make your various processes work, and when they are given the best quality food, they are able to regenerate and be healthy. In contrast, low quality food creates a low quality cell. A low-grade cell does not have the required level of energy production or proper removal of waste that leads to illness and disease. In discussions with my colleagues about his diet plan and how he can adjust his diet to improve his health, burn fat, improve his fitness and achieve his weight loss goal, I suggested a few “new” products. Oatmeal, another grain wrapper, spring salad salad, and Essential Fatty Acid, almond butter and basmati whole grain rice were the first few. “You didn't tell me it was going to be expensive!” it was his response. Well, I don't consider it expensive, so I wouldn't say it was. Our cells are our energy plants in our body. Our body constantly regenerates daily and hourly. Our skeletal structure changes once a year and the lining of our stomach and intestines is changed every 3 to 4 days so it makes sense to give you the highest nutrition. isn't it? You are likely to come to the same conclusion as many other people. The food I put into my body builds a healthy body and I have to be careful in my food choices. Whole grain oatmeal is more expensive than cocoa puff. Raw almonds cost more than hickory smoked almonds and you probably never knew what Essential Fats or Pro Biotics were. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Reducing Cost To Achieve Your Goal If you can increase the amount of food you eat financially or the quality of your (organic) food, then what are you willing to do to get it. Are you willing to cut back on expenses? Are you willing to increase your sales for your job or home business so you can afford this new change? The first logical step is to make a change or replace it. Beware of junk food in your day - consider snacks, junk food, coffee, pop, tobacco (I hope you haven't smoked yet), milk or dairy products, alcohol, vitamins, carcasses, Rolaids, pepto bismol etc. and see. how much you spend per day or month. Are you willing to replace this with a high-quality diet that will support your weight loss goals? It can be a scary thought for some people. Some accept the challenge immediately because they are truly committed to their goal of losing weight and are determined to do whatever is needed! Replacing and replacing is the easiest thing to do. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Invest in Your Body, mind, soul and well-being is the best investment you can make. Decide to eat the cleanest food you can, make healthy decisions, start from junk food to junk food and let go of indifference to your health. Losing weight is easy, but it does require some investment. Eat Well, Be Well Rob Cooper
