When you sleep you dream? Do you dream of exciting things like the sea? Do you dream of being in a situation you never imagined?
What is psychoanalysis?
Psychoanalysis is a specialized treatment in which a trained professional, or analyst, listens to the patient's thoughts, and then makes and explains the unconscious basis of a person's behavior or condition. In some cases, analysts ask what the patient dreamed of last night and interpreted the information based on those pictures. This treatment was started by a man who introduced the concept of fainting - Dr. Sigmund Freud.
Who is Sigmund Freud?
Sigmund Freud was an Austrian neurologist and psychologist who founded the school of psychoanalytic psychology. It introduces the concept of unconscious mind and its mode of oppression. He also said that dreams are a window into the unconscious desires of man.
Ignorant Concept
Throughout Freud's transformation of psychoanalytic ideas, he viewed the unconscious mind as a force that is influenced by the forces of nature and yet operates beneath the senses. For Freud, fainting is a storehouse of natural desires, needs, and actions. Although past thoughts and memories may be quickly erased from consciousness, they do guide a person's thoughts and feelings into a state of unconsciousness.
Freud divided the mind into an Ego, or a conscious mind, with two subconscious: Id or natural feeling and Superego. Id is seen as a source of drives that demand instant gratification, and superego as a parental and socially embedded authority, the function of the ego is to mediate the resulting conflicting interests. He used the concept of unconsciousness to describe certain types of nerves.
How to protect
Freud believed that people were developing improper ways of defending themselves to protect an alert mind from certain factual information that might otherwise be difficult to accept. Examples of defensive measures are: pressure, reaction formation, retreat, displacement, and balance.
Pressure
This is the most common form of self-defense among the aforementioned. It is an act of not including desires and ideas from the mind that you know and trying to hold on to in the subconscious. Depression is often associated with traumatic or traumatic events in the past. But it seems that trauma often intensifies the memory due to high emotional and / or physical emotions.
Dreams
Freud revealed that dreams are realistic aspirations. That it provides a dreamlike fulfillment of the inner desires that have been postponed. Freud further stated that fainting itself is timeless and immature. As the conscious body grows and matures, our ignorance remains a baby, and it requires immediate gratification of its desires.
When you sleep, your desires and desires are free. However, it does not mean that your innermost desires will be directly expressed in your dreams. Freud said these aspirations were filtered through a process he called "dream work". He believed that there were four types of dream work:
Thickness. Many thoughts come together to form a single symbol in a dream.
Migration. Internal desires manifest themselves as related objects.
Illustration. Ideas and / or impulses are converted into images.
Second update. This is the logical embodiment we put in a dream, turning a dream into a controlling story as we remember it.
Freud believed that the interpretation of dreams had to do with the basic premise of the dream, not the idea of the dream itself.
As the late Sigmund Freud puts it, your dreams are an extension of your deepest aspirations and aspirations. The next time you dream something, check and see if it is related to what you are feeling. Your unconsciousness may already tell you something
