VALUE EDUCATION
It is the process that gives young people an initiation into values, giving knowledge of the rules needed to function in this mode of relating to other people, and to seek the development in the student a grasp of certain underlying principles, together with the ability to apply these rules intelligently, and to have the settled disposition to do so. Some researchers use the concept value education as an umbrella of concepts that includes moral education and citizenship education. Themes that value education can address to varying degrees are character, moral development, Religious Education, Spiritual development, citizenship education, personal development, social development and cultural development
Each person must live by the earnings made through his or her own mental or physical labour.
Our method of living should not cause any suffering to the body or mind of any person.
One should not kill any living being for food.
One must have the utmost respect for the possessions and freedom of others and help to protect them.
One must cultivate loving kindness and strive to alleviate the miseries of others to the extent possible.

Philosophy of Life
Philosophy of life deals with philosophical questions about life and philosophies concerning life. Some click questions epitomize the philosophy of life, including:
What is the meaning of life?
What is the purpose of life?
What is the nature of life?
What is the significance of life?
What is valuable in life?
Philosophy of life deals with parts of philosophy from all different categories, because everything from one’s understanding of knowledge, of existence, of morality, of beauty, and such would contribute to their overall outlook on life and how they want to live it.
Physical structure of human body
The human body is the entire structure of a human organism and consists of a head, neck, torso, two arms and two legs. By the time the human reaches adulthood, the body consists of close to 100 trillion cells, the basic unit of life. These cells are organised biologically to eventually form the whole body.
Five factors to balance in life
Life balance is expressed in many different ways, for example:
Work-Life balance.
Fulfillment - and personal or emotional fulfillment.
Well-being, and personal well-being/wellbeing.
Happiness, or simply being happy.
At peace (with myself or life) or in harmony with life.
Contentment, and inner calm.
Introspection
It is the self-observation and reporting of conscious inner thoughts, desires and sensations. It is a conscious and purposive process relying on thinking, reasoning, and examining one's own thoughts, feelings, and, in more spiritual cases, one's soul. It can also be called contemplation of one's self, and is contrasted with extrospection, the observation of things external to one's self. Introspection may be used synonymously with and in a similar way to human self-reflection. It is used greatly as a spiritual examination.
Thought process
“Thought" generally refers to any mental or intellectual activity involving an individual's subjective consciousness. It can refer either to the act of thinking or the resulting ideas or arrangements of ideas. Similar concepts include cognition, consciousness, and imagination. Because thought underlies almost all human actions and interactions. Understanding its physical and metaphysical origins, processes, and effects has been a longstanding goal of many academic disciplines including, among others, biology, philosophy, psychology, and sociology.
