As long as the Law of Attraction contains only the 'Don't Want' script, it is limited to repeatedly orchestrating this script. We have to give some new material to make the law of attraction work.
What do you really want in your relationship? Security Love? Loyalty Conversation? Communication? What?
Do you wonder why you keep attracting certain types of people in your life?
Are you tired of feeling frustrated in love?
Have you ever been "blindfolded" by someone you thought was a friend?
Are you anxious to find the special person you can always be with?
Here are three steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for mediation.
Step 1: Make a complete list of all the features or scenarios of your past relationship that you don't want to experience, again. You can use T' tool TM for this exercise, or just take a fresh sheet of paper and draw a big 'T on it.
Label the left-hand column: 'I don't want' and the right-hand column, 'I want'.
Ask your intuition to remind you of past events that you do not want to repeat.
Write a few words about each event that show the essence of that event.
Step 2: Look at each item in 'I don't want ...' and ask yourself this question: "What do I want if I don't want it?"
One of the main reasons why we continue to attract unsatisfactory relationships is that we fail to use the contradictions in these negative events to make it clear what we want.
Step 3: Write a script on how you want to build your relationship:
As long as the Law of Attraction contains only the 'Don't Want' script, it is limited to repeatedly orchestrating this script. We have to give some new material to make the law of attraction work.
The script accesses all four parts of the brain.
The left brain, that deals with words and logic.
The right brain, that understands patterns and symbols;
The middle brain that experiences emotions; And
The brain cell that registers bodily stimuli.
When we write a script, starting with the phrase: "If I had my way", and using our imagination about what we like, we gain access to our right and middle brain. Are doing, An idea or feeling comes, and we translate it into words (using the left brain) which is a symbol of thought or feeling (again the right brain). Writing a script engages the body, which is registered in the brain stem.
When all four parts of the brain work, a powerful message is conveyed to the universe.
I want to end my script with the phrase, "And do it in a way that is for my highest good and the highest good of everyone involved." It's a phrase that helps me skip the 'how' that it will all happen, and the law of attraction allows it to be brought to its best possible.
Remember, the law of gravity brings us exactly what we move. So if we want to experience relationships that are more satisfying, we must change our dominant vibrations so that we can match the experiences we want to have.
