Swimming: 

Swimming during pregnancy is also said to be an excellent exercise. Along with safety measures, swimming in the water called hydrotherapy will give you the best relaxation. Helps to keep you mentally, physically, healthily, and calmly with better movement without putting too much pressure on your joints.
