Why do we as human beings often behave in ways that we do not really want? How many times have you said or done something that you thought was wrong? The truth is that your character is largely driven by your ignorant mind, especially a character that is difficult to define from an intellectual perspective. Procrastination is a skill that you must do, you have the ability and the desire to do it, but you still don't do it. While there are many obvious reasons for procrastination, the cause of this irrational behavior remains in your mind and mind.
Your perceptive powers are very limited in their ability to cope with life. What you manage with control is limited to one thing at a time. That’s why using your power to create any real change doesn’t usually work for long. You need to change the automatic behavior of your mind, which is in control of every aspect of your mind and body. You can try to overcome procrastination by using force, but it will be a temporary change. The reason for the postponement is not the activities you do but the ignorant organizations that are responsible for your behavior.
Your nervous system is designed to protect you. When fear exposes your nervous system, through the work of your sub-conscious, it will "come in" to "protect you. You create real sensory links to the “stored” experiences in your nervous system so that you can act quickly and efficiently in the future whether something means pain or happiness. This explanation is then kept in your unconscious mind to help you do (or do) again in the future. o, which is also often the cause of procrastination.
Though mentally retarded, procrastination reveals a lot about your unconsciousness and your self-determination and strength. The main reason to postpone fear, and especially your fear, is that taking action will lead to pain or a traumatic experience of some sort. To some extent, your unconscious mind compiles and searches for "files" to find a "link" that combines action and painful experience. This can range from an uncomfortable thing to something painful in the body. Even though you want to do something, your ignorance will stop you from associating pain with action. As human beings, we automatically reach for comfort, and we will automatically reach for anything that feels comfortable right now. That is why you often postpone activities that do not feel right at the moment, even though it will mean great happiness in the future.
Learning to push through this need for comfort is what creates all the growth needed to produce results. When you first see procrastination as a blessing in disguise, you can begin to use it and accept the understanding of responsible behavior. Postponing things expresses your fears and, by design, gives you the resistance you need to expand and grow in your ability to pass on your past fears and build the things you really want in your life. Your quality of life is directly related to the amount of “discomfort” you can deal with comfortably. Procrastination can also illuminate the goals you value most, as your anxiety about procrastination thus shows that a certain part of you cares enough to be concerned.
It is said that we first develop our habits, and then our habits develop. This is also true of mental habits, and procrastination often manifests itself as a normal way of thinking. Your thoughts guide and help create your actions. As a pattern recorded on the record, your behavior will "play the same music" all the time. Your encounter with pain and happiness plays an important role in your normal behavior because it determines what you will or will not do. Over and over again, you create thought patterns that will cause you to automatically do or withdraw in certain ways when your practice pattern is created.
Knowing your connection to pain and happiness is essential in coping with the realities of procrastination. Many symptomatic solutions will not produce a lasting effect. While you should use your strengths first, your goal is to re-establish your association with the activities you avoid. You can share, do or have whatever your heart desires to give you to overcome a set of fears and take action. While the real cause of procrastination stays in your mind, you are ultimately in control of your actions.
