Dark Circles under your eyes usually are not a sign of a medical problem. Dark circles under the eyes are usually caused by being tried. Sometimes, hat appear to be dark circles under your eyes merely be shadows cast by puffy eyelids or hollows under your eyes that develop as a normal part of aging. On the other hand, Vitamin Deficiencies, Including Vitamin B12, E, K and D, have been associated with dark circles. Hollowness or the sunken appearance of the eyelids is the final primary cause of dark circles. You can remove the dark circles permanently at home by sleep. Fatigue and lack of sleep can cause dark circles under the eyes. When you sleep, try extra pillows under your head to lessen the puffiness of fluid pooling in your lower eyelids.
Cold Tea Bags: Soak the bags in water, keep it in the refrigerator and let it chill. Then take it out and gently place it on the eyes for 10 to 15 mins. Keep repeating the same on a regular basis. Cold Milk: Apply Cold milk under the eyes with the help of cotton ball. Let it stay for 10 minutes and rinse with arm water. Repeat the exercise regularly for better results. Cold milk words as a natural cleanser which helps in soothing the sensitive skin around the eyes. The lactic acid in milk helps in reducing the puffiness and lighting the skin. Orange Juice: Apply Orange Juice mixed with glycerine under your ryes and let it stay for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Orange is rich in Vitamin A & C, Hence when mixed with glycerine it gives your skin a great natural glow.
Coconut Oil: Take a few drops of coconut oil, rub it under the eyes and let it stay overnight. Rinse it off in the morning. Make the skin clearer and softer. It also helps in reducing the puffiness around the eyes.
Mint Leaves: Take a few mint leaves and crush them. Then apply them on the dark circles and let it stay for 10 min. Rinse it with cold water. Mint is naturally cool and helps in soothing the tired skin. Also, it is rich in vitamin C which helps in treating the dark circle
Raw Potatoes: Extract some juice by grating a raw potato. Apply the juice under the eyes with the help of a cotton ball. Let it stay for 10 mins.
