ఎంప్లాయీస్ ప్రావిడెంట్ ఫండ్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్ సరికొత్త రూల్ తీసుకొని వచ్చింది. ఈ ఏడాది చివరి నాటికి అంటే డిసెంబర్ 31 లోపు ఉద్యోగులు తమ ఈపీఎఫ్ ఖాతాలకు నామినీ పేరును జత చేసుకోవాలని ఎంప్లాయీస్ ప్రావిడెంట్ ఫండ్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్(ఈపీఎఫ్ఓ) అధికారిక ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసింది. ఒకవేళ నామినీ పేరును యాడ్ చేయకపోతే, ఈ రిటైర్మెంట్ బాడీ అందించే పలు ప్రయోజనాలను ఉద్యోగులు కోల్పోవాల్సి వస్తుందని తెలిపింది. ఈపీఎఫ్ అందించే ప్రయోజనాలను పొందాలంటే డిసెంబర్ 31 లోపల నామినీ పేరును తమ ఖాతాలకు జత చేసుకోవాలని, ఈ-నామినేషన్ ప్రక్రియను కూడా ఆన్లైన్ చేసినట్లు పేర్కొంది.
భారత్లో పనిచేసే ఉద్యోగులందరికీ దాదాపు ఎంప్లాయీస్ ప్రావిడెంట్ ఫండ్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్ ఖాతా తప్పనిసరిగా ఉంటుంది. రిటైర్మెంట్ తర్వాత వారికి ఈపీఎఫ్ఓ ఫండ్ ఒక ముఖ్యమైన ఆదాయపు వనరుగా ఉపయోగపడుతుంది. ఈపీఎఫ్ఓ అకౌంట్ కలిగి ఉన్న ప్రతి ఒక్క ఉద్యోగి ఖాతా నుంచి ప్రతి నెలా ఒక నిర్దిష్ట మొత్తంలో కట్ చేస్తారు. ఉద్యోగి ఖాతా నుంచి ఎంత మొత్తమైతే కట్ అవుతుందో, అంతే మొత్తంలో ఎంప్లాయర్స్ కూడా ఉద్యోగి ఈపీఎఫ్ఓ ఖాతాలో జమ చేస్తారు. డిసెంబర్ 31 లోపల నామినీ వివరాలను అప్డేట్ చేయకపోతే, జనవరి 2022 నుంచి పెన్షన్, ఇన్సూరెన్స్ మనీ ఎలాంటి ప్రయోజనాలను ఉద్యోగులు పొందలేరు. ఏదైనా ఊహించని ప్రమాదం జరిగితే ఇన్సూరెన్స్, పెన్షన్ పథకాల ప్రయోజనాలు నామినీ పొందేలా కొత్త నిబంధనను ఈపీఎఫ్ రూపొందించింది.

ఇప్పుడు ఒకరికన్న ఎక్కువ మంది కుటుంబ సభ్యుల ఆధార్, పేరు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, లింగం, ఫోటో, చిరునామా, బ్యాంక్ ఖాతా వివరాలు సమర్పించవచ్చు.
వాటా మొత్తాన్ని నమోదు చేయడానికి 'నామినేషన్ వివరాలు' పై క్లిక్ చేయండి. ఆ తర్వాత 'సేవ్ ఈపీఎఫ్ నామినేషన్' మీద క్లిక్ చేయండి.
ఓటీపీ జెనెరేట్ చేయడం కొరకు 'ఈ సైన్' మీద క్లిక్ చేయండి. ఆధార్ తో లింక్ చేయబడ్డ మొబైల్ నెంబరుకు వచ్చిన 'ఓటీపీ'ని సబ్మిట్ చేయండి.
ఇప్పుడు ఈ-నామినేషన్ ఈపీఎఫ్ఓలో రిజిస్టర్ అవుతుంది.
నామినీల పేర్లను వెంటనే ఇవ్వాలె.
తమ ఖాతాదారులంతా ఈ నెల 31లోపు వారి నామినీల పేర్లను తప్పక అందజేయాలని epfo కోరింది. వచ్చే నెల నుంచి కొత్త నిబంధన అమలులోకి రానున్నందున ఈనెలలోనే తమ ఖాతాల్లో మార్పులు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుందని తెలిపింది. నామినీ పేర్లను ఇవ్వకుంటే సంస్థ అందించే అనేక ప్రయోజనాలను కోల్పోతారని స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఆఫీనులకు వెళ్లాల్సిన అవసరం లేకుండా. ఆన్లైన్లోనే నామినీ పేర్లను చేర్చవచ్చు. మనదేశంలో దాదాపు ఉద్యోగులందరికీ పీఎఫ్ ఖాతాలు ఉన్నాయి. అయితే, డిసెంబరు 31లోపు ఉద్యోగి నామినీ వివరాలను అప్డేట్ చేయకుంటే, వచ్చేనెల నుండి పెన్షన్, బీమా సొమ్ముతో సహా ఎలాంటి ప్రయోజనాలను పొందడం. సాధ్యం కాదు. ఖాతాదారుడికి ఏమైనా అయితే.. మరణాంతరం తన జీవిత భాగస్వామి, పిల్లలు తల్లి దండ్రులకు డెత్ బెనిఫిట్స్ అందించటానికి నామిని పేర్లను ఇవ్వడం చాలా ముఖ్యమని ఈసీఎస్ఓ ఒక ప్రకటనలో తెలిపింది. సీఎఫ్ ఖాతాదారుడికి ఏదైనా జరిగితే, నామినీలకు బీమా, పెన్షన్ వంటివి చెల్లిస్తా ఈసీఎస్ పథకం ద్వారా ఇతర ప్రయోజనాలు ఉంటాయి. ఇంటి నిర్మాణం, పెండ్లి, అనారోగ్యం, ఉన్నత విద్య వంటి ఖర్చుల కోసం కొంత మొత్తాన్ని లోప్ గా లేదా అద్వాన్సుగా తీసుకోవచ్చు.

రూ.15 వేల కంటే తక్కువ వేతనం గల ఉద్యోగులకు ఈపీఎఫ్ఓ శుభవార్త తెలిపింది. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం 2020లో తీసుకొచ్చిన ఆత్మనిర్భర్ భారత్ రోజ్గార్ యోజన(ఏబీఆర్వై) పథకం కింద ఉద్యోగులు రిజిస్టర్ చేసుకునే సౌకర్యాన్ని మార్చి 31, 2022 వరకు పొడగించినట్లు తెలిపింది. ఈ మేరకు ఏబీఆర్వై కింద రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకునే సౌకర్యాన్ని వచ్చే ఏడాది 2022 మార్చి వరకు పొడిగిస్తున్నట్టు ఈపీఎఫ్ఓ ఒక ట్వీట్ చేసింది. అధికారిక రంగంలో ఉపాధిని ప్రోత్సహించేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం 2020లో ఆత్మనిర్భర్ భారత్ రోజ్గార్ యోజనను తీసుకొచ్చింది. రూ.15 వేల కంటే తక్కువ వేతనం ఉన్న వారు ఈ క్రింది ప్రయోజనాలు పొందవచ్చు.
ఏబీఆర్వై పథకం: కీలక ముఖ్యాంశాలు.
1) ఈపీఎఫ్ఓలో రిజిస్టర్ చేసుకున్న అర్హత కలిగిన సంస్థల యజమానులు, కొత్త ఉద్యోగులకు ప్రోత్సాహం లభిస్తుంది.
2) కొత్త ఉద్యోగులు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తేదీ నుంచి రెండు సంవత్సరాల వరకు ప్రోత్సాహకాలను అందుకుంటారు.
3) చెల్లింపు రూపంలో ఇన్సెంటివ్
ఎ) 1,000 మంది వరకూ ఉద్యోగులు ఉండే సంస్థలు కొత్తగా చేపట్టే నియామకాలకు సంబంధించి ఉద్యోగుల భవిష్య నిధి(ఈపీఎఫ్) చెల్లింపులను ప్రభుత్వమే భరిస్తుంది.
బి) 1,000 మంది కంటే అధికంగా ఉద్యోగులు కలిన సంస్థల విషయంలో మాత్రం రెండేళ్ల పాటు కేవలం ఉద్యోగుల తరఫున 12 శాతం ఈపీఎఫ్ చెల్లింపు మొత్తాన్ని మాత్రమే ప్రభుత్వం భరిస్తుంది.
4) నిర్దిష్ట సంఖ్యలో కొత్త ఉద్యోగులను చేర్చుకున్న సంస్థలకు మాత్రమే పైన ప్రోత్సహాకాలు అందుతాయి.
5) సెప్టెంబర్ 2020 కొరకు ఈసిఆర్లో కంట్రిబ్యూటరీ ఈపిఎఫ్ సభ్యుల సంఖ్యగా ఉద్యోగుల రిఫరెన్స్ బేస్ తీసుకోబడుతుంది.
6) రూ.15000 కంటే తక్కువ నెలవారీ వేతనం గల కొత్త ఉద్యోగులు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తేదీ నుంచి 24 నెలల వరకు ఈ ప్రయోజనాలను పొందుతారు.
7) అక్టోబర్ 1, 2020 తర్వాత ఈపీఎఫ్ఓలో రిజిస్టర్ చేసుకున్న సంస్థ కొత్త ఉద్యోగుల కూడా పలు ప్రయోజనాలను పొందుతారు.
ఏబీఆర్వై పథకం
ఏబీఆర్వై కింద1,000 మంది వరకూ ఉద్యోగులు ఉండే సంస్థలు కొత్తగా చేపట్టే నియామకాలకు సంబంధించి ఉద్యోగుల భవిష్య నిధి(ఈపీఎఫ్) చెల్లింపులను ప్రభుత్వమే భరిస్తుంది. అంటే ఆయా కొత్త ఉద్యోగుల మూల వేతనంపై 12% ఉద్యోగుల తరఫు చెల్లింపు, 12% వ్యాపార సంస్థ తరఫు చెల్లింపు, అంటే మొత్తం 24 శాతాన్ని ఈ స్కీమ్ కింద కేంద్రం సబ్సిడీ కింద అందజేస్తుంది.
4 డిసెంబర్ 2021 నాటికి, 39.73 లక్షల మంది కొత్తగా ఉద్యోగాలు పొందారు. వారి అకౌంట్లలో కూడా రూ.2612.10 కోట్ల మొత్తాన్ని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం జమ చేసింది.
PROCESS FLOW FOR FILING OF ONLINE NOMINATION FORM BY MEMBER
-: The form can be filed by the member on the UAN member portal.
-: The member has to first activate his UAN account on UAN member portal. The process of activation has been explained in the User Manual, which is available on Employee Provident Fund Organization website through Homepage >> UAN services
-: The member can file the online nomination form through UAN member portal, which is available through Homepage >> UAN services >> UAN Member Portal or directly through URLhttp://uanmembers.epfoservices.in. The following screen will appear.
The facility of filing nomination form can be accessed through the link Nomination Form under the tab Profile>>Edit Nomination as shown below.
On clicking link Nomination Form, the following screen would appear.
-: All fields namely UAN, Member ID, Establishment ID, Name, Date of Birth, Father/ Spouse name, Relationship, Date of Joining, Gender, Marital Status would be autopopulated from database and are non-editable.
-: The editable fields on this page are Permanent Address and Present Address.
-: If present address is same as permanent address, copy of permanent address into present address is to be enabled. These details can be updated by clicking the “UPDATE” button.
-: On clicking the “UPDATE” button, the following screen will appear. The family members’details can be entered/edited.
For capture of nomination details for PF/EDL I Nominee, the family members’ details captured above would be prepopulated, with option to edit/remove/add.
For capture of Nomination details, against each nominee, one KYC detail is to be provided by the member.
-: Total share for all PF / EDL I Nominees should add to 100%.
-: Entry into Pension Nominee Details is allowed to be filled only in case member does not have any family.
-: After UPDATE, the following screen will appear. On the screen, after checking on the Nomination Declaration check box, GENERATE PDF.
After checking the generated PDF, click on “Submit to Employer for Approval”. Now the online nomination form is submitted in the system to the employer for his approval or rejection.
The member is required to take a printout of the PDF file generated and submit it to the employer after signing it.
The deadline for adding the nominee is December 31, 2021.

How to do the e-nomination to your PF account?
To add a nominee, PF account holders do not need to visit an offline center. They can enter the PF nominee's information online. Furthermore, Employee Provident Fund Organization permits PF account holders to add additional nominees' names to their accounts. Aside from that, the tax account owner has the option of determining which portion the nominee would receive.
- The first step is to visit Employee Provident Fund Organization official website at https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site en/index.php.,
- Then, under 'Services,' select 'For Employees' from the drop-down selection.
- Then select 'Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTC P)'.
- Following that, you must log in using your UAN and password.
- Under the 'Manage' page, you'll see the 'E-Nomination' option. Tap it to activate it.
To change your family declaration and the 'add family details' or nominee details, click 'yes.' There, you must submit all the nominee's requested information.
- If you want to add more than one nomination, click the 'Add New Button' and enter the information for the additional nominee.
Your e-nomination process will be completed as soon as you save your family information.
You only need to make sure that, if you haven't already, you add your nominee to your PF account before December 31, 2021.
