1. Decide your image:

Decide on the image and how you want to be seen by other people. Have a clear vision and be certain about the traits you want to include in your personality. Then work on those characteristics non-stop. Accumulate as much as knowledge you can. Suppose if you want to fabricate your image as a knowledgeable, and intelligent person then the key step will be expanding your knowledge and intelligence. 

2. Take an initiative to be social:

3. Be aware of the power of body language:

It is said that body language is more than 50% of communication so in order to have a confident personality start by working on your body language. 4. Work on your communication skill :

Always try to be a good listener use attentive body language and follow-up questions to maintain engagement. 6. Focus on yourself and stop comparing:

The grass is always greener on the other side, so there will always be someone better than you. Make it a habit of doing a little improvement every day, thus you will achieve your goal sooner. 

7. Learn from everyone:

8. Have fun always:

Keep developing your personality but always remember to have fun. No one wants to be a part of a gloomy or boring person’s company. So stop putting pressure on yourself,  enjoy what you are doing, and you will get success gradually. It will also boost creativity, energy, feel-good hormones, productivity, and overall cognition. 

9. Cultivate new interests and read frequently:

Try to develop new interests so that it will be easy for you to have exciting conversations with others. People who are having few interests will have very few insights to share with others. Focus on expanding your knowledge, incorporate all the current and relevant topics/news in your reading list so that when you meet new people without wasting any time you can get them indulged in conversations effortlessly. 

10. Check your attire:

In order to have a charming personality and to make a desirable impression apart from your knowledge and skill your attire also has a prominent role to play. Before choosing your attire keep your surroundings in mind and dress up accordingly. Always pick attire in which you are extremely comfortable and something that suits your personality. Remember your attire conveys a message about your personality and attitude before you can even open your mouth.

a) Stop worrying about other people’s opinions. Stop overthinking and overanalyzing it will do you no good.  Those who are more self-conscious repeatedly get tensed about doing something dumb or weird it may prevent you from engaging with others. Thus, it will shut the development process. 

b)Try sharing something about yourself like your views opinions ideas. If you are only asking questions you might come off as an interrogator. 

c) If you are introverted, shy who is having a tough time socializing you can start by having small interactions. The more you practice small interactions with strangers, the less scary it gets. 

d) Be always ready with a few conversations starter phrases. It will help you to pass the signal that you are open to conversations, and it will be easier for the audience to join you.
