It is not surprising that ultra-modern society assumes success with wealth. Is it really a justifiable assumption? It is generally accepted that a lot of wealth does not mean happiness or success. But it may be a little step towards it.
A successful person is one who is contented with whatever he or she has in life. In short, happiness may be the synonym for success. Instead of many, it can be measured with worth. A successful person is always ready to contribute the society with whatever he or she has. One is happy if he or she has fewer responsibilities, lower expenses and more time to utilize in creative activities. We try to attain a level of financial independence throughout life and in the stage of retirement, we enjoy our hard-earned free time. It is a fact that we have to work to live, so we should enjoy whatever work is assigned to us. To work with enjoyment may lead us on the road to happiness that may prove a real success in our life.
Who does not like to get success in life? Everybody aspires to it, every day we talk about it, all the time we think about it and all of us fight to achieve it. To fulfill our dreams, we always try to achieve small goals every day and step by step towards success. When we begin our school or college life we became very tense on seeing a huge syllabus that has to complete. But slowly and gradually we continue our studies step by step complete the whole syllabus and then at last achieve our ultimate goal-successful graduation. Then we realize ourselves as successful people. But a successful person never stops his journey on achieving a degree or laurels/ medals. He always keeps his journey towards perfection and develops his talent day by day. When we imagine a successful person whether rich or poor sometimes we associate success with rich people. So both are inseparable from each other. Yes, it may be so. But wealth may not be an aim for a successful person, but it may be a more step to reach the goal.
Sometimes our fears, complexes and differences are the greatest obstacles in achieving success. And then certain keys of success need to be followed.
1. Clear and accurate objective: Without a clear and accurate objective no achievement is possible. A well-equipped vehicle without an expert driver will arrive nowhere if it does not have a clear objective or direction. Unplanned success may be proved a planned defeat. So a clear, accurate and logical strategy is must to achieve success.
2. Positive attitudes: If we want to achieve success in this wonderful world then we should not think about failure. A positive attitude or thinking may play a vital role to achieve it.
3. Faith in success: Faith in success always boosts our potential and destroys all doubts and obstacles to achieve success.
4. Education and training: Constant training and obtaining knowledge make the way to success easy.
5. Self-improvement: Without self-improvement, success can never be imagined. Self-improvement overcomes our complexes and fear.
6. Self Confidence: Self-confidence is also a major key to open the doors of success.
There are different views about the formula of success. There are three major factors to achieve success. There are no secrets to success. A tremendous success is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure.
Preparation: One should not wait for everything to be perfect just start and keep on moving towards success. Don’t think it happens overnight. It may be a little later but it is definite.
Hard work: It is rightly said that hard work is never to be unvalued. So one should work hard and work smart. Do the right efforts in the right direction.
Learning from failure: Don’t consider failures as failures. Each failure is a learning lesson or an opportunity for a positive mind.
Thus life is very small one should not waste it in the company of petty, nasty, complaining or negative-minded people. They will bring us down with their negative vibes. Always choose people who are positive and are interested in living a happy life. The company of such people makes us so energetic, magnetic and admired and always helps us to be successful people.
