Writing-skill or written expression is usually expressed by writing your thoughts and feelings; this gives stability to the ideas. Symbols of pronounced sounds are used in writing; these are called symbols, letters, or letters. Before starting the writing of letters or letters, the following activities are organized.

4. They try to make circular, semi-circular, and criss-cross lines. 5. Drawings, letters, numbers, words, and sentences on pieces of cardboard, plywood, hardboard, plastic, or drawing sheets are given for the children to see and play with.
If children get such opportunities, they will gradually start imitating letters, quantities, and shapes of words.
6. Children should be encouraged to make letters or letters in the air with their fingers for practice.
7. Make the children practice by writing big and beautiful skill characters on the blackboard.
8. It has often been seen that three-year-old children make the house's walls dirty by starting to draw vertical, horizontal lines on the walls of the house with chalk-pencil or chalky soil. This means that the child begins to write mentally ready to do so.
9. The child should be made to imitate the shape of the letters on the sand.
10. He can develop his creative talent by drawing with colored pencils or by drawing lines on the newspaper.
11. Children should be motivated to practice by drawing horizontal eddy lines on the blackboard with chalk.
12. By laying ash, sand, etc., on the post, track, making it equal, children can be made to practice letters with their fingers.
13. With the help of different types of seeds, grains, etc., the shapes of letters can be made and practiced through the game method.
To strengthen the above important facts, the opinion of some scholars is as follows- "Shri Raman Bihari Lal says- "Now the question arises that how to teach writing- some scholars say in this subject that the children of about 3 years Naturally, they start drawing straight-slanting lines. So they should be taught to draw diagonal lines again and again. By learning this much, one can be taught to put round clocks and write letters at the end."
Dr. Uma Mangal says- "Through such various means and activities, children should be taught the composition of letters only after holding the pen and practicing rotating in different directions. Before this, children should not be taught to write." Because writing is harder than reading if the child becomes disinterested in writing early, developing writing skills will become difficult." Mahatma Gandhi also endorsed this view and wrote – "Before learning to write, a child must learn to paint."

While writing, it is essential to keep in mind the manner of sitting of the child because only by sitting and writing properly, the child's handwriting becomes shapely and beautiful. While writing, the child should keep the spine straight while sitting. Keep his eyes and the paper, slate, strip (on which he is writing) about a foot away from each other. It is necessary to keep the paper, slate, etc., on which it is being written straight. In schools where there is no arrangement to keep a post, desk, or sloping bench in front of the children while writing, the child should sit with the left leg bent and the right leg up to the knee, in such a way that the thigh of the right leg can serve as the desk. On that thigh, the child should write easily by keeping his plank, copy, or slate. If the child wants to write on the paper, write by placing a cardboard or wooden strap under the paper so that the paper does not move up and down while writing. Children of this type of meeting should be given good practice in the classroom so that their handwriting can be written beautifully, well, legibly, and straight.
Method of holding the stylus The child's stylus can be a reed knife, pen, pen, chalk, a holder with a cut nib, a pencil, or a brush. To hold the pen correctly, one should be taught to hold it with the thumb by placing it between the ends of the first and second fingers about an inch above their lower end. How the teacher himself writes, how he holds the pen and the manner of sitting, all these things should be given to the children to see, so that the children can imitate them, provided the teacher is a right adopter. That is why in a school with more than one teacher, to teach writing to the children, that teacher should be appointed, whose handwriting is beautiful.
The texture of Squares and Words Each letter is a small picture made of crisscrosses, straight lines, and circles, semi-circles. Each character has a special type of texture. Therefore, writing letters of simple and similar shape should be taught in the beginning. For example, The shape of each character has several segments. Therefore, children should be taught to write the complete alphabet by doing exercises in the order of the sections. When the child learns the whole alphabet, he should be given the practice of applying the quantities and after that to write many words and sentences made of letters, to speed up the writing, to maintain the beauty in each letter even in motion, to maintain the correctness, between the letters. Good practice should be given to write in equal proportion in a straight line by leaving a gap, one letter between two words, one word between two sentences, and one line between two lines. In this exercise, the action of transcription and dictation is constructive.
