What are the important things we need to follow while walking?

This post describes the dos and don'ts when doing walking exercises.

No one has ever had to walk several kilometers from home to their workplace.

Luxury vehicles that transport us from home to office do a great job of getting us there without any hassle. Those who do not have the opportunity to do physical labor should walk for at least half an hour every day.

Walking protects us from many diseases in an inexpensive and simple way. In this era dominated by computers, physical labor has become synonymous with exercise and walking.

Even if we sweat a little, we get nervous, so we move towards the air conditioner (AC) and get various diseases as a reward.

If we walk at least once every day between 7 am and 6 pm, we will not be affected by the disease.

We forget to pay attention to the dos and don'ts when doing walking

Dos:

You should definitely walk for 30 minutes every day in a natural environment.

You should wear appropriate socks and outerwear while walking. It is also best to do it in a group.

You should walk with your arms moving back and forth. You should use your heels to lift your legs by pressing on your toes and then put your feet back on the ground.

You should move your stomach and hips while walking and keep your body straight

Doesn't:

You should not walk when the sun is very hot. You should not bend down while walking, but walk upright. You should breathe through your nose instead of your mouth. You should not lift, hold, or press anything while walking.

You should not alternate between walking slowly and fast. You should not do exercise or do difficult work immediately after walking. If we continue to do this, our heart rate will increase.

Walking for 30 minutes continuously burns 120 to 170 calories. It improves flexibility. Strengthens joints and muscles. Helps the body achieve balance, improves gait, helps keep the body in shape, stimulates appetite, and helps keep blood pressure under control.
