What are the health benefits of drinking enough water?

Drinking water is always beneficial for your health; that's why it's recommended to drink a particular amount of glasses of water per day because your body consists of water. I suppose drinking water every day should be a must-have practice for each of us.

Unfortunately, lots of people around the world have this rule because the water doesn't test them. In my opinion, people would better drink more water than drinking alcohol or other harmful beverages for their health. Hence, water is a delicious beverage, and it should replace other drinks in people's Lifestyles, I guess.

 

Drinking water, also known as potable water, is safe water to drink or use for food preparation. the benefits of drinking water and the amount of drinking water needed to maintain good health varies and depend on the level of physical activity, age, health-related issues, and environmental conditions. [1] [2] For those working in the tropics, up to 16 liters (4.2 US gal) per day may be required. [1]

Globally, in 2015, 89% of people had access to water from a ready-to-drink source - called an improved water source. [3] In Sub-Saharan Africa, access to drinking water ranges from 40% to 80% of the population. Nearly 4.2 billion people worldwide have access to piped water, while another 2.4 billion have access to public water sources or taps. [3] The World Health Organization considers access to safe drinking water to be a fundamental human right.

 

About 1 billion to 2 billion people do not have access to safe drinking water. [4] More people are being killed in unsafe water than in the war at the time — by the UN. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said in 2010. [5]

Water covers about 70% of the earth's surface, of which approximately 97.2% is salt, only 2.8% fresh. Portable water is available in almost every densely populated area of ​​the world, although it can be costly and supply may not be. Sources, where water can be obtained, include:
