A good and satisfying physical condition of life is all we should strive to have. That's when you know who you are and what you are. You have a realistic view of your size, shape, and weight. You feel like this right now. You accept it, even if you are overweight. They believe in you and love you while you are still fighting for something better. If you are in good physical condition, there is no time spent worrying about diet, weight, calories, exercise, etc. You are proud of who you are, and you feel comfortable in your body. Many people who suffer from anorexia, nervousness do not have a good body image. Instead, they have very distorted images of how they see themselves. Here are some of the six steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for mediation and a better lifestyle.
1. Make a list of your favorite people.
. Write down why you admire each person. As you write down your favorite traits, be careful what you write. For instance, You have a lot of respect for Barack Obama. Your list could include his generosity toward people, his willingness to stand up for what he believes in, and his strong, successful conduct regardless of his background. You don’t compliment Barack Obama on his looks; praise him for the difference he has made in the world. For his contribution to the society and entire community in the world and how he touched the people's hearts and changed so many lives.
2.Keep the past in your mind when you felt happy for yourself.
Go back to your life at a time when you were mentally and physically happy with your body. Maybe this was high school or college. At any rate, close your eyes and remember how you felt. Let these good feelings come from within you.
3. Note down what you like about yourself now.
Take out a piece of paper and record everything you like about yourself: your legs, your eyebrows, your smile, your hair, etc. The key here is to focus on your interests instead of the things you dislike. Start appreciating what you do for yourself. This will make you feel completely better.
4. Pay attention to how you behave when walking.
Do you walk with your head down? Do you shrug your shoulders? Share! Start walking and look them in the eyes of the people. Raise your head. Go and hold your shoulders.
5. Begin exercising.
If you have not exercised for a while, start small. Take a walking tour on a beautiful day. If you are exercising, keep changing your routine so that you do not tire out. When you exercise, you start to feel good about yourself, even if it is 15 minutes. Start small and work your way up.
6. connect or associate with specific people.
Look at the people closest to you. Are they good or bad people? Chances are, if not negative; this attitude will reflect you and your attitude. Try to limit your time with any carelessness because this will make you feel bad about yourself. You will focus on the things you don’t like about yourself. Start feeling good about yourself and learn to accept them. Gradually you will see the changes that have taken place. Learn to be on your side rather than constantly arguing. Put your shoulders back and stop thinking about what you are not. Love the person you are and what you become.
