What are The Foods You Eat Putting Your Health At Risk

Food (and water) is the very first thing you need to ensure health. Without it, you would wither and die. You need nutritious food and nutrition. But do the foods you eat today give you solid nutrition, or do most of them rob you of your health gradually and take years off your life? Here are some things to consider: THE DANGER OF EATING MEAT (especially pork and red meat like beef) in itself is unhealthy, especially if eaten in large quantities. Some meat, such as beef, can take up to 72 hours to completely digest. So, if you eat meat two or three times a day, you may still be digesting breakfast one day while you eat another round of your own. This explains why many autopsies show that from 5 to 40 pounds [5 to 40 kg] of raw meat is still present in most human systems! Now, think how unhealthy it is when an animal from which meat is derived is treated with antibiotics and other artificial health products? These chemicals remain in the flesh; and no amount of washing, cooking, or boiling will eliminate them. Do you want that in your diet? Thus, most people today do not have antibiotics in humans. They feed on antibiotics in animals, and powerful antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria in the human body. The more you eat organic meat, the weaker your immune system will be. This danger is even greater when meat is processed with artificial flavors and preservatives. STEPS IF YOU EAT FISH, Many “fresh” fish on the market today are packed with antibodies to cover up their “burnout”. Others use formalin, a chemical used in embalming, to preserve freshly caught fish. A few unscrupulous sellers may wash the fish off the market by dyeing the food or the color of the cloth so that the fish will look “fresh”. To ensure your safety and enjoy the nutritious benefits of fish, buy them from reputable sources only. STEPS IF YOU EAT BREAD, Many white slices of bread are difficult to digest. Their solid residue lasts longer and may form an intestinal obstruction. In addition, eating white bread raises your blood sugar levels immediately. Wheat bread is a healthier substitute for white bread as it provides better nutrition, but most whole wheat slices of bread still have preservatives because they are produced commercially. Make sure it is made of "whole wheat flour" and not "rich wheat flour". Always check the ingredients to make sure. CHEMICALS AWAY Even though their dietary standards are very low, many foods today are treated with harmful chemicals. Washing, cooking, and boiling for many hours may reduce the number of chemicals in your food, but these harmful substances may not be eliminated. Peeling the skin from other fruits will not guarantee safety either. Imagine swallowing and storing all that fertilizer and pesticides in your body. Do you still wonder why we have so many deadly diseases that our ancestors never saw? Insects know better. They will not affect plants with pesticides. That is why you will find these plants for sale in the market without the sign of insect bites. People buy them because they look so clean and delicious. They do not know that this external appearance hides the internal dangers of the food they buy. Some people think it is a good way to eat fruits and vegetables that show a few nibbles of insects. SUPPLEMENTED FOOD After your vegetables and fruits are treated with fertilizers and pesticides (and these are given to pets as part of the feed), they are re-processed to extend their “youth”. They are treated with preservatives, which means more chemicals. Some fast noodles are treated with chemical wax, which may cause cancer. Did you know that these noodles are banned in some countries? Because processed foods are in dire need of real nutrition, your suppliers sometimes add processed vitamins and pass them on as “extra features” of good health when in fact; these supplements are usually inactive or in some cases can even harm your health. If you want to live a long, happy, and healthy life, always look for the presence of preservatives in your diet. Look at the labels and see if some ingredients may be harmful to your health.
