What are the dangers of diabetes ? go into detail

Helth desk- Diabetes is rightly called a dangerous or complicated disease. Makes the patient more vulnerable or helpless than diabetes itself. Some of these risks arise many years after the onset of diabetes, while some may arise at any time after the onset of the disease.

diabetes

Sometimes the information about diabetes is obtained only after the individual dangers discussed below appear. Through proper regulation of diabetes, many of its long-term complications ie dangers can be prevented or their severity can be reduced. Although many experts are of the opinion that despite regulating the blood sugar in diabetes, its long-term complications ie dangers cannot be avoided. Therefore, the work of preventing the origin of diabetes is very important.

Exacerbation of diabetes Short term danger-

Diabetic coma means fainting- This type of unconsciousness arises due to excessive acidity in the blood. This danger feature is seen in pediatric diabetes. It is often not visible in the diabetes of adulthood. Before the discovery of insulin, more than half of pediatric diabetic patients died of this abnormality. But now out of 100 only 2 patients die due to this abnormality.

This asymmetry means that the danger arises due to excessive amount of sugar in the blood. As the sugar in the blood increases, the dissolution of the accumulated fat in the body gets speed. Ketone substances are produced due to the dissolution of fats. These ketones make the blood toxic due to the substance being acidic. The body tries to expel these toxic ketones through urine. As a result, the patient has frequent urination. But due to excessive amount of urine, water gets reduced from the body. Due to which the concentration of ketone fluid in the blood increases. Due to the adverse effect of acidic ketone substances on the brain, firstly the patient gets intoxicated and in the end he becomes unconscious. Although this process happens slowly.

The sugar in the blood becomes high in the following circumstances.

1. Due to non-diagnosis or treatment of diabetes.

2. Due to the consumption of excessive amount and pure sugary diet.

3. Due to insufficient or not taking insulin in drug form.

4. Due to the resistance generated in the body against the external insulin.

5. Due to some other disease, the working power of external insulin taken as medicine decreases in diseases.

6. At the time of delivery.

7. At the time of surgery.

Fainting can also occur due to very low sugar in the body of a diabetic patient, but the physical changes leading to such a state of unconsciousness happen very fast. On the other hand, fainting due to high sugar levels is a slow process i.e. the patient experiences certain symptoms for a few days before the actual unconsciousness occurs. For example, dry mouth, frequent thirst, excessive urination, headache, nausea or vomiting, abdominal pain, feeling weak, breathing is very long, deep and laborious, intoxication etc. Inconsistent answers to the questions asked are very general. Due to lack of consideration of the severity of these symptoms or due to negligence, if proper steps are not taken, then finally after a few days unconsciousness comes. However, in some pediatric diabetics, fainting has been observed after short-term discomfort of 12 to 24 hours.

Fainting caused by excessive levels of blood sugar and ketones, i.e. diabetic coma is a delicate condition and requires immediate action. Such patient should be immediately admitted to the hospital. So that he can be given intravenous insulin and alkali like potassium and he can be taken care of continuously.

In fact, it is more important that this type of unconsciousness should not be allowed to arise. Do this much for this.

1. Get complete information about diabetes and its treatment.

2. In order not to increase the amount of sugar in the blood, follow the time of eating and drinking and take insulin or medicine that lowers the sugar in the blood as per the need today.

3. Do not reduce the amount of insulin in the form of medicine even if you cannot take food due to lack of appetite in any other disease.

4. If you find any of the above-mentioned symptoms of the preceding symptoms of fainting, then lie on the bed. Drink plenty of fluids and do a urine test on your own three to four times a day. If acetone is also detected in the urine, contact the doctor immediately and increase the amount of medicine or insulin as per his information.

As mentioned above, even if the amount of sugar in the blood becomes too low, fainting can occur, this is called hypoglycemic coma. There is a difference between this type of unconsciousness and the diabetic coma that arises due to high sugar levels.

Let us tell you that the episode of fainting can happen at any time in the life of a diabetic patient. Therefore, every diabetic person should always keep a note in his pocket containing his name and address with the name of his doctor and the name and proof of the medicine he consumes for diabetes.

1. Small big boils-

Recurrence of boils and not filling it quickly can be the first symptom of diabetes. The excessive amount of sugar in the blood vessels of the skin and the decrease in the immunity power of the body are responsible for these flowers.

2. Acute gangrene-

Gangrene means that any part of the body becomes lifeless, in diabetes, gangrene of fingers or toes is 50 to 60 times more than normal people. If proper precautions are taken, a simple injury or infection of the fingers or toes can turn into gangrene.

Due to the reduced immunity of the body due to the activation of blood vessels and the adverse effect on the cognition fiber, diabetics are easily caught in the clutches of gangrene and sometimes a condition of amputation of the leg or arm also arises. . Before the discovery of insulin, the origin of gangrene came as a death message for diabetics. But today the death toll due to gangrene is less than 10% due to insulin antibiotics and efficient medical service.

Slow or long-term risk of diabetes

1. The danger of the knowledge system-

About 90% of the people suffering from diabetes have one or the other abnormality of the cognitive system. Although severe risk affects only 25 to 50% of people, the most common abnormality of the cognitive system manifests itself as a loss of tactile sensation. Sometimes the tactile sensation becomes more natural. Due to which there is burning or pain in the hands or feet of the patient. This discomfort disturbs the patient more at night. Due to which he is not able to bear the burden of the sheet. Sometimes the tactile sensation also decreases. Due to which tingling or tingling occurs in the feet.

In diabetes, bladder function is reduced due to adverse effects on the involuntary cognition system. As a result, it does not come down completely or sometimes the patient does not even know that the urine keeps dripping in this way or against his will. If there is no complete removal of urine and it stays in the bladder, then disease-causing bacteria grow in it and the bladder becomes irritated and inflamed.

2. Dangers of urinary nodules-

Those who have diabetes for 5 or more years start having adverse effects on their urinary tract. About 15% of people with diabetes die due to any abnormality or dysfunction of the urinary bodies. Changes of hardness begin to occur in the units of urinary corpuscles that are filtered at night. After that the blood vessels of the urinary bladder also become active. Due to all these changes, first of all, protein starts coming out with urine. Then gradually the pressure of time increases. Swelling starts climbing on the body and gradually the urinary bodies start becoming inactive. Due to the deactivation of urinary bodies, the amount of urea and creatinine in the blood starts increasing. Vomiting develops and the patient gradually passes away. In the culmination of this Khatri, the patient loses all his senses. In this situation, the patient usually cannot survive.

Inflammation of urinary nodules can also be easily enjoyed by diabetic patients.

3. Threat to the heart and blood circulation system-

The process of narrowing of the blood vessel and the gastritis gives tremendous speed to diabetes. In addition to cholesterol, there is also a deposit of calcium on the inner surface of the blood vessels of a person with diabetes. Due to this, the conditioned and flexible blood vessel becomes like a rigid pipe. Due to the narrowing of blood vessels, various organs and organs do not get enough blood and nutrition. For this reason, even after walking a little, there is pain in the calves of the feet of a person suffering from diabetes.

Diseases of the arteries of the feet and hands are also more common in diabetes, if this disease progresses, it can turn into gangrene.

Due to the narrowing of the blood vessels, the percentage of high blood pressure in diabetic patients is very high. However, this high blood pressure is sometimes possible only because of the asymmetry of the urinary bodies.

Diseases of the coronary arteries that supply nourishment to the heart appear in diabetes many times and in acute form. Deaths due to coronary artery disease have been found to be twice as high in diabetic patients.

Due to the narrowing of the coronary arteries, the heart does not get enough nutrition and pain arises in the chest. Heart attack due to complete and disease of coronary artery. It is 3 to 6 times more common in diabetes. Most of the women are saved from this type of event heart disease. But in women with diabetes, the amount of this disease increases to equal to that of men. The chances of a diabetics going beyond 5 years after an attack of heart disease are only 50% compared to normal people. At the time of the first attack of heart disease, the amount of death is doubled in a person suffering from diabetes.

Due to the hardening and chronic blood vessels, blood bleeds easily in the brain of a diabetic person. Such bleeding results in paralysis or death.

4. Hazard to the eyes-

Eye damage caused by diabetes is the third leading cause of blindness in the world. Cataract and Privak A deficiency are the major causes of blindness in India. But in America, every sixth person among blind people is blind due to diabetic complications.

Mainly the eye in honey adversely affects the subtle hairlines of Patel. Some parts of the hair ducts become thin and swell, while in some parts there are obstructions. Changes of senescence occur in the various cells of the retina. Thereafter new compensatory blood vessels or rapidly develop in the retina. As a result of all this, the vision gradually gets weaker.

Due to the increase in the changes of senescence, due to the thinning of the hair duct, there is bleeding in the inner thick flow of the eye. Sometimes, due to excessive bleeding, the eye retina moves from its natural place. When this happens, the vision suddenly ends.

The eye is nourished by the glucose dissolved in the inner stream of the eye. Due to the increase in the amount of sugar in the blood, the nutrition of the eye gets disturbed. As a result the eye money becomes immense spectator and white. This condition itself is called cataract. Diabetic patients get cataract at a very young stage and it grows rapidly.

The eye cannot properly remove the flux produced by this rapidly growing new blood vessel in the eye. Due to this, the fluid starts accumulating inside the eye and the pressure inside the eye starts falling. This position is called chandelier. Jhumar is a terrible disease due to which there is gradual loss of vision.

5. Threat to the reproductive system-

A woman suffering from diabetes has to face other difficulties when she becomes pregnant. Diabetes poses a risk to both the mother and the fetus.

About 25% of pregnant women with diabetes become victims of a serious disease called toxemia and most often they have a miscarriage. The percentage of diabetic women giving birth to full-term or disabled children appears to be high.

Pregnant women with diabetes give birth to a very large and overweight child, even if there are no other difficulties. In this way, the chances of injury to the mother or the child increases at the time of delivery.

The disease of diabetes also disturbs the ( youn ) life of a person. Women suffering from diabetes and apathy and men with diabetes become victims of some youn weakness or impotence. The creations of the self-ruled knowledge system are responsible for this disease.

6. Threat to the respiratory system-

People with diabetes are prone to respiratory tract infections and diseases easily.

That is, 12 to 15% of the adults suffering from TV are found to be diabetic and these two people with diabetes create a vicious circle by having opposite effect on each other. Tuberculosis has been applied after the unconsciousness of diabetes, it happens many times.

Yellow areas filled with pus in the lungs are more visible in diabetic patients.

7. Danger to the digestive system-

The characteristics of the digestive system are also disturbed by diabetes. In diabetes itself, sometimes they become victims of vomiting.

Diarrhea at night is another common complaint of a diabetic patient. About 25% of children with diabetes are found to have enlarged liver size.

Gallstones are more common in people with diabetes. The amount of death due to acute diseases of the pancreas is seen in a person suffering from diabetes 5 times as compared to a healthy person.

8. Danger for feet-

Bunions, infection of toe nails, skin infection between the toes, etc., make a person suffering from diabetes a lot. These problems are attributed to excessive levels of sugar in the blood, decreased blood volume due to narrowing of blood vessels, and abnormalities of the cognitive system. At first glance, minor foot discomfort turns into a severe disease called gangrene. If so, then it is time to cut off the finger or foot.

9.Other dangers and infections from diabetes-

Skin diseases like erythrasma and moniliasis apply immediately to diabetic patients. Proper diagnosis of diabetes is made only by bloody fingernails, corners of the mouth or moniliasis of the yoni. Xanthoma diabeticorum is another disease that occurs in a person suffering from diabetes. In this, mainly red, yellow rashes come out on the palate of the hands, feet or hips. yoni disease called pruritis vulva, which causes extreme itching, bothers women with diabetes a lot.
