 8 Incredible leadership sets agendas and then transforms them into haste (to ask the workforce if they really need to follow instructions, resulting in slow, flawed or non-compliance).

 9 Small leadership demands work from people to contribute as much as possible even when there is no real support from the assignment of the work (which leads to angry, unhappy, frustrated and unaffected workforce)  Is born).

 10 Competitive leadership removes staff shortcomings and weaknesses from the fear that staff members will overtake them.  (A defense in the workplace, a culture of blame and a tendency to excel between the workforce
