Well, speaking about 2 GB, most people say that you can't play good games.
But wait, I know some good graphics games which run smoothly on 2 GB RAM PC as I used 2 gigs for many years and these games worked smoothly for me:-
- Deadpool- if you are looking for some funny superhero adventure, then go for it.
- X men origins wolverine: some nice action adventure with mediocre graphics.
- Prince of Persia the forgotten sands: best graphics and puzzle game.
- Max Payne 3: good action and storytelling.
- Resident Evil 4 and 5: Nice action and shooting game.
- Far cry 3: pack your bags for a jungle adventure.
- Hitman absolution: silent assassination at its best.
- Assassin's creed 3, revelations, liberation,1,2: dive into the past.
- Need for speed most wanted: one of the best racing games.
- Total overdose: open world, racing, action, shooting, etc.

- GTA 3
- NFS Most Wanted
- Total Overdose
- Mount And Blade
- Just Cause
- True Crime
- Mafia
- Need For Speed Underground
I personally have played these I I would recommend these to you if you have a low-end pc and want to enjoy some open-world action.
Since you are looking for games playable on a low-end PC, I suggest some of my favorite older open-world games. If you had included some info on your PC, the suggestions would be more accurate. Anyway, below is the list of games I would suggest.
Elder Scrolls - Skyrim
Borderlands 1 & 2
GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City
Assassin’s Creed series older games
Fallout series older games
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
Sleeping dogs ran fine for me on Intel HD graphics; others include Kingdoms of Amalur: reckoning, saints row: the third, GTA: San Andreas, Farcry 3, Borderlands 2.
Note: I completed all the above on an Intel HD graphics lappy with pretty low specifications; you can also run the previous installments of a franchise I put in.
