What are the best open-world games for a low-end PC?

Well, speaking about 2 GB, most people say that you can't play good games.

But wait, I know some good graphics games which run smoothly on 2 GB RAM PC as I used 2 gigs for many years and these games worked smoothly for me:-

Deadpool- if you are looking for some funny superhero adventure, then go for it.
X men origins wolverine: some nice action adventure with mediocre graphics.
Prince of Persia the forgotten sands: best graphics and puzzle game.
Max Payne 3: good action and storytelling.
Resident Evil 4 and 5: Nice action and shooting game.
Far cry 3: pack your bags for a jungle adventure.
Hitman absolution: silent assassination at its best.
Assassin's creed 3, revelations, liberation,1,2: dive into the past.
Need for speed most wanted: one of the best racing games.
Total overdose: open world, racing, action, shooting, etc.

Sleeping dogs ran fine for me on Intel HD graphics; others include Kingdoms of Amalur: reckoning, saints row: the third, GTA: San Andreas, Farcry 3, Borderlands 2.

Note: I completed all the above on an Intel HD graphics lappy with pretty low specifications; you can also run the previous installments of a franchise I put in.
