what are the best method to lose weight

The best way to understand a Hindu is to get to know him/her as a person. The fundamental assumption here is that a person is not defined by his/her beliefs or religion. To judge a person by his/her religious tip to weight loss, the Hindu cannot be a bad one to begin with. In a position where Hinduism had done something for you, what could be a better way to honor the knowledge than to share it with others?

Now, here’s the catch: If one has been following the Gita for the past couple of years, wouldn’t it be wise to take up spirituality seriously? Even if you are following Gita without being passionate about it, then it should be considered as an aim for the future. Being critical about practices that had contributed to your survival would be a wrong step to take. However, spirituality should not be a burden; it should be an adventure that allows us to experience the higher highs of life.

The first step to spirituality is having a strong sense of purpose. You must try to answer the question, “What do I love?” This is an essential question to begin with and if you have discovered your purpose, then you are on the right path. Once you discover your purpose, you must take that with utmost dedication. This may seem superficial, but take it from me that the most reliable teachers of the world are not great singers, actors, or authors, but they are the ones who knew their purpose and walked to that purpose on a daily basis.

Of course, you must first understand the God who is the ultimate reality and understand why all the rules and rituals that are created around Him need to be followed. Also, you must understand the consequences of not following the rules. And the answer to all of it is not just the logic of Gita, but also the creation of a large nation called the United States.

If you want to see life from a different perspective, then take yourself out of the routine. Change your routine to explore the world, understand the world, and experience life as much as possible. Re-discover that curiosity that drew you to learn so many years ago.

It is good to know and read the Vedas. But learning Vedic Yoga as an ordinary human is definitely not worth your time. Also, learn to see the world, see life, and be more open to everything that surrounds you.

You do not have to define yourself as a Hindu to be the world’s spiritual leader. However, just being a Hindu has nothing to do with how good you are at being a leader. If you can guide others from spiritualism to spirituality, then you are your own leader.

There are many people who seek only power, fame, and recognition. But do not seek such things for you must look beyond these and see the journey of the spiritual leaders. These people who are changing the world from within, leading a life based on the highest principles of the world, are surely our spiritual leaders.

Hinduism is a complex doctrine and it is very difficult to follow all the rules. Yes, we have to do everything according to the list of the Vedas. Yes, we have to do everything according to the culture of India. But we also have to let our feet walk on the ground as well. Some rules may be vague, but we need to follow them anyways because they help us in becoming better human beings.

May there be less fake Hindus out there. May there be more true Indians out there. May there be Hindus who are able to get an emotional and mental connection to the Indian culture. May there be Hindus who can develop a love for the planet and strive to make the world a better place. May there be Hindus who can spend time with their children, take care of their friends, families, and communities, and try to be human being who contributes something of value to the world.

May all of us become such Hindus.
