what are the behaviors causing stress

Do you believe in predictions? Well, if you were educated, you would know that no man or woman can predict our future. However, we all have the ability to predict our future. It sounds contradictory. Behavior helps us determine how our lives will unfold. Behavior is the way we behave every day. Behaviors are organisms responding to a stimulus that produces an action and response.

Behavior is formed when we first come into the world, and the more we practice a certain behavior, the more attached that behavior becomes. How does behavior cause us stress? It depends on the person and the teachings a person has gone through in their lifetime, but many of us lack development in one way or another. With religion, law, parents, teachers, siblings, employees, employers, peers and so on playing a role in our lives, we are often confused because each of us has our own beliefs.

The best teacher in the world is yourself. If you take the time to study, learn, listen, obey, practice goodness, etc., you will have the ability to see your future succeed. You have stress management that surpasses any other management system because no one can guide you if you choose to refuse. It's good to consider other people's beliefs, however, investigating and gathering evidence that proves a fact is more beneficial than accepting everything you are taught or told.

For example, I am a logician. I take extremely complex problems and break them down into simplicity. This means I carefully analyze each problem, weed the pile and remove any areas that have negative results. I also collect and collect evidence to support my claims when I am done and this is a healthy behavior practiced as I do not lie, steal or do anything that could cause harm to another person.

As you can see from my example, my problems have been minimized because my behavior is positive and my stress level is not controlling my life. We can review behaviors and teachers to better understand how behaviors cause stress. For example, his parents teach the child that talking outside the time limit is inappropriate. A child is punished every time he disobeys his parents.

We see a number of problems develop because this learning will tell the child during his development that it is not okay to talk when someone is hurting him, violating him, or causing him other kinds of fear. A person will go through life in fear of punishment if they get their way. How can we help this poor mis-taught individual find a way to reduce stress and avoid stressors? First of all, our parents are important people in our lives who, in most cases, we trust not to lie to us and trust that these people have our best interest at heart. Now we see another problem because this person will trust their parents before listening to someone else tell them that they are safe and that it is okay to speak their mind.

We can teach this person to practice self-talk first, because self-talk is an approach that helps us rely on ourselves rather than others. Self-talk is a method that tells us that we are in control and that we have the right to determine what we think, feel, and believe. This method teaches us to take responsibility and learn effective communication because our thinking habits are in the process of changing. We can also help the person by offering them a tool known as visualization.

Visualization is useful because it allows us to go back and review our learning to sort through the facts and eliminate the lies. It teaches us to picture an event in our mind and then role play to see if what we have been taught is true.

Think of a time in your life when you spoke up and no one hurt you or punished you for your action. Think about how many times this has happened and what the consequences of your behavior have been. Practice these techniques daily to learn a new method that will benefit you and your life. If you don't see a prediction in behavior now, then you probably never will.
