What are some clever things that intelligent people do?

What are some clever things that intelligent people do?

5 things that mentally intelligent people do in 5 minutes of meeting someone.

    1) Show real enthusiasm:-

Increase your energy. Because if it is not, you may look rude, distant and arrogant.

The trouble is, anxiety and panic make us feel distant and cold.

    So what can you do?

Unfortunately, there is only one way to overcome it: duplicate it until you make it.

Put a grin on that dial and open your non-verbal communication.

The easiest way to do this is to be ready to say anything before meeting them, no matter how small. That way, you can focus on your body language instead of scanning your mind to say anything.

So in a nutshell, open your body language and give them a strong handshake, a big laugh and a well-prepared greeting. It's real essential.

    2) Give a compliment:-

I'm not talking about admiring his physical appearance. It's dull and you'll see them hit.

Instead, we're going to find something worthwhile to compliment them. And the only way to find value is to ask questions.

You ask,  'What is your job?' Can ask simple questions such as. Or 'Do you have children?' When they start revealing more about their lives, you will have something to compliment them on.

It breaks the ice and makes you feel good about them. In the end, it should be the goal of any conversation.

   3) Ask at least two open-ended questions:-

For all of us, those conversations fade faster than they started. Usually the problem is that open-ended questions are not asked to move the conversation forward.

Can't answer  yes or  no  to open-end questions.

For example, a close-end question, do you like chocolate?  An open question, however, is, How do you feel about chocolate?

The open question allows you to have a long conversation about chocolate.

How you express the question is just one thing. Keep in mind that open-end questions usually start with how, what and why.

   Here are a few models:

What elements do you remember when you are ________? Or

   What made you ____? Or,

As you would see it, what is the correct approach to ________? Or

How do you describe ______? Or

   Why did you choose _______?

  4) Find what you share:-

Connecting with someone is so easy when you talk about what you have in common. It develops the relationship and makes the conversation interesting.

But the similarities are not always clear. It requires some cognitive effort on your part.

For example, the other week I met a champion lifter at the gym. Since I am not interested in weightlifting, it would not be wise for me to start talking about weightlifting because I am not excited about the subject.

Nonetheless, I like food. So I asked them what they would eat before and after the big weight session. It turned out that the conversation between the two of us became more interesting than usual, "How was your week?"

While finding a similar partnership is not always easy, keep in mind the 5 things you really like to talk about, and you will be able to weave them into the conversation and excite them.

  5) Repeat their name and commit to remembering important facts:-

How many times have you forgotten their name after meeting someone? Don’t worry, it happens to all of us.

But it's really great because you can distinguish yourself from others by remembering their name.

Everyone loves the sound of their name, so sprinkle it whenever you get the chance.

At the very least, be sure to mention their name before leaving:  Michelle, nice to meet you.
