What are Links Between Stress Shift Work And Serotonin Levels

As serotonin levels regulate resting and other body functions, the University of Buenos Aires is focusing on the suggestion that shift work may also cause Shift Work Sleep Disorder. People with this condition will stay alert when they need to rest. These people can get very old at bedtime. This problem arises as a result of an action plan that occurs during normal breaks. Along with these methods, people experience rest problems due to the fact that their bodies are still designed to be conscious. Hours of sleep and sleep are not the same as what is expected of an internal body clock.
