What are habits

Habits are the small decisions you make and actions you perform everyday. According to the researchers at Duke University, habits account for about 40 percent of our behavior on any given day.

Your life today is essential the sum of your habits. How in the shape or out of shape you are? A result of your habits. How happy or unhappy you are? A result of your habits. How successful or unsuccessful you are? A result of your habits.

What you repeatedly do (i.e. what your spend time thinking about and doing each day) ultimately forms the person you are, the things you believe, and the personality that you portray. Everything  I write about  - from procrastination and productivity to strength and nutrition- Stars with better habits. When you learn to transform your habits, you can transform your life.

All of us have habits. Anything that is done repeatedly  becomes a habit. Once we get into a habit. we do a thing without taking about it. Habits may be good or bad. Rising early, working hard, being punchtual are good habits. Gambling, swearing, lying, using bad language, drinking, stealing - quarreling are the bad habits.

It is necessary to cultivate habits and avoid bad once . There is a saying that habits are at first cobwebs but after - wards cables this shows that habits might be weak at first, but, once they become stronge, they are difficult to break. Hence we should try to acquire only good habits.

Everyone respect a man who has good habits. Good habits help one to succeed in life. A person with bad habits is despised and micked at.

''what are what we repeatedly do excellence,then, is not a act, but a habit.
