What are 5 quick and easy Stress Busters

How do you react when your plans come true? Do you roll with fists? Or does worrying hinder you from enjoying life? To a large extent, our personality determines how we deal with stress in our lives, but here are 5 things that can help manage your stress:

1. Get enough sleep.

It is very common in our community to be present for less than 6 hours of sleep a night. But experts say that we need at least eight hours. Not just to relax our bodies, but to rejuvenate our minds. “Fatigue” and “madness” seem to go hand in hand. Do not use your bedroom to watch news or complete a task from the office. Make that room your place to rest, a place to relax and escape the day. Drink a cup of hot tea, take a warm bath, or read a paperback to help you relax.

2. Have faith.

Saying a brief prayer in times of distress can give you a sense of security, especially when the situation is not hopeless. Studies have shown that people who rely on high energy have lower blood pressure. Being able to forgive people can also affect your blood pressure. Holding a grudge is not good for your health!

3. Close it.

The luxury of cell phones that they have added to our lives can be a two-edged sword. We rely so much on them, it seems we can't live without them. This increased access does not mean that our loved ones can reach us at any time, but they can work. If your employer officially requires you to have your mobile phone number, be sure to set clear limits on when and where you can be reached. Your leisure time is yours.

4. Take a vacation.

It doesn't have to be a popular tourist destination. A day at the beach, or an afternoon in the park will do. Wherever you may be and do not think about debt, work, or any other conflict you may have. It is important to give yourself time, so do it! You will feel better with the new look.

5. Be yourself.

Register for a yoga class at your local gym or community center. The cost is normal, and you will feel more comfortable after just one session. Monthly massage or spa treatments are also a great way to refresh. You will come out feeling like a million jelly bottles.
