What Admin has the power ... WhatsAppUpdate!

The parent company of Facebook, Meta, changed its name last week, and the company is now changing the footer on its apps such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and others. When you open any of these apps right now, you'll notice 'from Facebook' written at the bottom of the page. However, according to WA Beta Info, WhatsApp beta version 2.21.220.14 now includes the 'WhatsApp from Meta' footer text. Meta's new logo can also be seen in the footer section. Last year, the company added the footer 'from Facebook' to its apps. The new footer text reflects the company's ambitions to become a metaverse company. According to the report, the company has also removed the 'WhatsApp from Facebook' footer text from the settings of the app.

Whatsapp is the most widely used processor in the world in general.  Its use is increasing day by day as it is easy to access for everyone.  Although WhatsApp has set new privacy policies, users do not seem to notice it.  Meta is also giving many updates to its WhatsApp users to attract them.

In addition, the WhatsApp beta update includes a new feature that allows users to rate messages received from business accounts. The company is constantly working to improve the platform's ecommerce experience. It recently began to roll out a new feature called 'Collections.' You can use categories to shop for items on the messaging platform. Simply put, the feature allows business account holders to organise products in their category so that users can easily find the desired item without having to scroll through a long list of items.

Currently, it is reported that WhatsApp will introduce various features to improve the user experience.  It is said that the ability to authorize the admin to delete messages sent in group conversations anonymously may soon be introduced.  When such a message is deleted, a note will appear on the screen saying 'This has been deleted by the group administrator'

Usually some admins have given permission for everyone who joins the WhatsApp group to register.  Some people misuse this permission.  Unnecessary posts will be posted to the group at any time.  Especially share a lot of forwarded messages.  This would undermine the very purpose for which the group was started.  This issue has been a major concern for admins as well.  They could not even remove it.

Sometimes there was a situation where the admin had to take responsibility for the team member sharing fake news.  Understanding this, WhatsApp will soon release an update that will give more power to the admins.  The new update allows the admin to delete unwanted posts accordingly.  Currently, this feature is being tested on some beta users' processors.

WhatsApp Beta Info

WhatsApp beta info recently announced that WhatsApp will be upgrading its 'Delete for Everyone' feature.  Now, one can delete a message without anyone seeing it within an hour, eight minutes and seven seconds of sending it.  In this case, it is reported that WhatsApp is planning to extend that period to seven days and eight minutes.

Previously, WhatsApp released a feature that allows the user to view the message only once available.  The company said such security updates were intended to protect users' information.  Following this, the meta company is updating several security features in their WhatsApp processor.
