Due to this, the body is unable to fight bacteria and viruses and the body becomes unbalanced. Muscle and bone parts are also affected due to stress. Naturally, the fleshy part of the body is meant to protect the internal parts of the body. However, stress can cause muscle weakness and pain in the shoulders, neck, and back. Headaches are strong. Blood flow increases due to stress. If the mind returns to its old state, it will be fine. But if a person is constantly stressed about the same thing or at the same level, there is a chance of heart attack. Stress affects the endocrine system. The endocrine system does a lot of work in the body. Thinking, tissue functions, metabolism will be affected. The hypothalamus in the brain connects the nervous system to the endocrine system. When stress occurs, this stimulates cortisol. When stress occurs, it also affects the gastrointestinal tract. No proper digestion. Eating habits change during times of stress. The stomach does not accept it. This causes problems like abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea. Systems are affected as a result of stress. Women will have menstrual problems.
