The top inexpensive 5G phones last year included the OnePlus No rd CE 2 Lite. It provided users with a few high-end features at a reasonably low cost, including a 120Hz display, a 64MP primary camera, and a sizable battery with 33W wired fast charging. With a slightly higher price tag and an improved camera system, its replacement, the recently unveiled OnePlus No rd CE 3 Lite, ups the ante.
The OnePlus No rd CE 3 Lite isn't the best phone in this price bracket, but I've been using it for a little over two weeks and do appreciate several aspects of it. The smartphone, which costs £300, appears to be a wonderful value given its 120Hz display, 108MP primary camera, and 67W rapid charging. In contrast to similarly priced handsets like the Redmi Note 12 5G and the Google Pixel 6a, it is challenging to recommend this one due to the outdated SoC and choppy performance it causes. The 120Hz AMOLED panel and more recent Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC of the Redmi Note 12 5G are much better, yet the Pixel 6a's performance and camera are unrivalled in this market.
The design of the OnePlus No rd CE 3 Lite is one of the few things that is new. With two new colors and a modified camera module design, OnePlus has given its most recent low-cost device a new look. The No rd CE 3 Lite now has two sizable circular pieces containing its triple-camera arrangement with an LED flash to the side, as opposed to the rectangular camera island of its predecessor.
The OnePlus No rd CE 3 Lite's front has a flat display with a hole-punch cutout in the center for the selfie camera and thick bezels on the top and bottom typical of low-cost handsets. The phone has smooth sides that make it easy to hold, a power button that serves as both a fingerprint reader and a volume rocker on the right side, a SIM tray and a USB-C connector on the left, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack at the bottom.
The phone's display has been protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, but OnePlus doesn't say which version. We do not anticipate the phone to be the most recent Gorilla Glass Vitus 2, given the pricing. However, any protection is preferable to none. Unfortunately, the phone doesn't have an official grade for dust and water resistance, so you'll need to use it with additional caution.
A 5000mAh battery powers the No rd CE 3 Lite 5G. Without a doubt, the battery has the capacity to comfortably power all the tasks throughout the day. With a single charge and typical use during the review period, the battery lasted virtually until the first half of the next day. One benefit of the phone is how quickly it charges. Although OnePlus has given an 80W charger, we found that this particular model took a lot longer to charge than previous OnePlus No rd phones.buy the phone and enjoy if you want it
