Kriya yoga has found a place for other people who seek deep, spiritual and personal relationships. It is a form of yoga that focuses on wisdom and meditation, which also teaches spiritual and esoteric principles. Unfortunately, like many other "spiritual" powers, it teaches you that your power is beyond you - that is, you need a 'guru', or 'lord' to gain your natural spirituality. Kriya yoga has very interesting and promising goals. They aim to eliminate “barriers” and “obstacles” in mind and body. The point of view is very interesting here, though. Because what is an obstacle or a hindrance to one person it is not necessary that a person men and women there is a gender non equality but yoga is belong to the body exercise not a gender, it may not be to another. This takes a very interesting light on the structures of power and belief, and highlights why it is important to keep your sovereignty in mind and actions. Kriya yoga was introduced in the West by Yogananda in the West in the 1920s. He founded the Self-Realization Fellowship as a ‘complete yoga’ program that sought to address one’s spiritual and physical condition. Kriya yoga is based primarily on three other forms of yoga - karma yoga, bhakti yoga, and Jnana yoga. Karma yoga focuses on the movement of the soul inside and outside the mind. Jnana yoga focuses on intelligence, which allows for freedom of thought. Bhakti yoga is focused on love, as it allows you to adapt to everything around you. The goal was to “purify” the mind and soul, and the promoters of kriya yoga believed that they could attain it faster than following any other instructions. Preparing for Kriya The first step for Kriya is to 'prepare' your body, and this is done in one of several ways. For many, Hatha yoga is a complete preparation program. For others, though, it may be more flexible, but they are given alternatives. Next in Kriya, the mind is focused. Normal behavior is studied as part of a mental process in this study, so make sure your mind is focused properly. Additionally, the Kriya yoga practice compels you to learn lifelong, hygiene, purity, and metaphysical principles. However, together they help to ‘prepare’ the mind for the latest techniques, apparently using the life force of the body to “refine” the brain and nervous system. Mantras are taught kriya yoga techniques. It is believed that they deepen the meditation experience. This sound technology inevitably tunes the body, like a tuning fork, as it will for any repetitive and concentrated sound. The question is, how much absorption? If self-awareness is a journey, whose journey are we taking? Ours, or someone else's? Kriya yoga undoubtedly meets other people. Personally, I prefer to express things and how it is possible for everyone and how it is useful for everyone how they can included these fact kn their life. You must be apear for this. Honest person who is really love with yourself.
