What 8 Things Every Woman Needs About Their Breast Health

I have always encouraged self-care as a first step in preventing and treating health challenges. When it comes to breastfeeding, the importance of self-care is a message I can always share enough. It's exciting to see pink ribbons everywhere in October during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month! If I had my wish, every pink ribbon would carry an additional important message for women.

The message would read, “You can improve your breast health and reduce your risk of breast cancer right now with a few simple lifestyle changes.”

We may not be able to control where we live or what our genetic predisposition is. However, a growing body of research shows that women can make a difference in their breast health through diet, exercise, and weight control.

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that is made up of breast cells and is one of the most common cancers affecting women, at which time the cause of the disease was not yet known, but recent studies clearly indicate that there are fewer risks.

These are the most dangerous aspects of breast cancer;

  1. A recent study found that in the age group over 50 years there was a higher incidence; on the other hand, in the under-25 age group, the incidence is much lower. It is very important to note that the disease is most severe in a 25-50-year-old patient.
  2. The menstrual cycle is another thing to consider; it is more common in women with prolonged menstruation, i.e. the onset of menstruation is premature and menopause is late.
  3. Women who smoke and drink increase the risk of breast cancer.
  4. Breast cancer most often occurs in spinsters and married women who have not had children, or if they have given birth without breastfeeding.
  5. Women who have had breast cancer on the one hand are at greater risk of developing breast cancer, and if there are precursors of breast cancer in their families (mothers, sisters, and daughters), there are also higher risks.
  6. Breast cancer is associated with obesity and a high intake of saturated fatty acids.
  7. Breast cancer is also linked to, continuous or continuous use of combined estrogen and progestin hormone therapy (CHT).
  8. Women who have used oral contraceptives for more than a decade are at greater risk of developing the disease.
  9. On the other hand, women who do 4-5 hours of exercise a week reduce their risk of developing breast cancer. In short, these facts are found in mathematical analysis; they should not be considered as causal factors or causes.

These simple steps can help improve your body's hormonal balance and reduce the risk of breast cancer and provide extra health, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory benefits.

  1. We must emphasize that everyone should focus on what we can control and not on what we cannot do.
  2. We can test our hormone levels by saliva testing. The best way for pre-and postmenopausal women to know that their bodies have an imbalance of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone is to perform a salivary test. Saliva testing is the most accurate and simple way to do this.
  3. We can use the same bio-hormones if we need hormone supplementation. Identical Bio means that the formation of hormone cells is similar to the hormones produced by our bodies, as opposed to Pregnant Mare's natural urine in horses and not humans.
  4. We can change our habits: reduce alcohol consumption and quit smoking.
  5. We can control our weight and exercise daily. Studies also show that maintaining a healthy, moderate weight is equally important in influencing estrogen/progesterone levels. Regular exercise is just as important. On the other hand, obesity, high insulin levels, alcohol consumption, smoking, oral contraceptives, hormones and meat products, pesticides, and pesticides can change the ratio.
  6. We can eat nutritious food by choosing to eat organic to avoid pesticides, pesticides, and estrogens in meat and dairy products. Add one to three calciferous vegetables such as broccoli, BOK chop, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, and cabbage in your daily diet. Studies show that Indole 3 Carbinol is an active ingredient that helps balance estrogen levels.
  7. We can wisely supplement with EFA, essential fatty acids, and use fruit and vegetable concentrate if you do not eat 5 - 8 servings of fruit and vegetables daily.
  8. We can do BSE's- breast self-tests to get acquainted with our bodies.

These are some precautions, if you follow them then you will never face Breast Cancer Disease in your life.
