Are you a ‘lost and lost’ eater? Have you read all the food you've ever done, read a million food books, but still aren't happy about your weight? Has your quest for the holy grail of food replaced you with the necessary changes to remove the sick life from your current diet? If so, you may not realize that your thoughts are the key to your happiness and success. Do you look at them and say, "I'm fat", or "My buttocks are too big"? Most of us look at ourselves in a mirror and immediately compare ourselves with the ‘perfect’ people we see every day on TV, in magazines, and newspapers. We often talk to each other and make excuses, "It's my genes", "I'm too busy to be unhealthy", "I like this", as a way to protect ourselves from the way we see ourselves now and the way we want to be. If we were truly honest with ourselves most people would want to lose a few pounds - if they only knew how. The good news is that you CAN achieve your favorite body shape by thinking positively about yourself, understanding how to get proper nutrition, healthy eating habits and how to incorporate work into your lifestyle to keep your muscles soft. But most importantly, you need regular mental exercise to keep your image in shape. Self-control is closely linked to the success or failure of any goal you choose to pursue, but it no longer exists for the goal of exercise to be healthy. So how do you go about strengthening your image? Fortunately, your image, like your muscles, will respond well to normal functioning. You can enhance your image with a little daily exercise.
First Exercise - Self-Examination It starts with compiling a list of all those negative thoughts you have about yourself ... I have no discipline, I can't manage my time, I disappoint people, I can't succeed, I don't exercise enough. You will need to decide before you start this process you will not be discouraged… .these are things you will admit to yourself but they certainly do not have to control your life. Next, add a second list to include all your interests. Continue until this list is longer than the first list you made. You can add things like, I'm a good cook, I make people laugh, I contribute to the soccer team, my daughter loves the way I decorate her room. Then, take your 'negatives list and turn it into your 'customs' list. You do this by creating your positive image in all the ‘negative things’ you’ve written. Instead of saying "I can't succeed", write the contradictory motto, "I will succeed". Customize the 'gatives' list - you mean good forever! Burn yourself, litter, destroy yourself… .they will no longer be part of your thoughts about you. Now, keep your skills list in a prominent place. At your refrigerator door, in your daily magazine, or on a picture frame on your desk. Make sure you have them in advance each day so that you can read them regularly and rearrange your daily thoughts.
Exercise Two: You Can Be What You Want to Be Now that you have your list of skills… use your visual stories to 'see yourself in a new light. For example, if your inclusive energy list says "I'm just eating right portions", imagine yourself on a limited scale on your plate, and feel completely satisfied at the end of your meal. Read your list of things you can do every day and take a few minutes of your quiet time to think hard about what you see. Try to start your day early in the morning and end it as a last resort by seeing yourself as someone on your list, and doing the things you want to do.
Exercise Three: Keep a Record of Your Daily Success Keep a record of all the positive changes in your thoughts about yourself. We all have victories and ‘failures’. You have to record and remind yourself of positive change because our human nature will retaliate for what is wrong - sometimes blow them away equally. It is important to take care of and celebrate the small steps you take every day.
Exercise Four: Enjoy Yourself - Good Work To Go On Don't listen to criticism… not for yourself or others! Remember that you are the creator of your self-esteem, do not pass this on to other people. It is very important to contribute to this. Defend your role as the creator of your image and don’t do it, criticize it unnecessarily. We all make mistakes, and mistakes can be used to help us learn. Don't blame yourself for being human and making a mistake. The only last mistake for the one we have never learned to grow from.
Exercise Five: Forget the Past The only minute you can live now. You cannot live in the future and you certainly should not live in the past… .the challenge is to manage our thinking so that we think in the same place of the time we live in! For example, we might be tempted to think about yesterday's failure… "If only I hadn't had second aid", "If only I hadn't reached for the chocolate cookies". If we focus on the mistakes of the past, this will make our brain respond to our failures and become stronger. Yesterday is over, today is where you live.
Six Exercises: Solve Change Today Just as you should not live in the past, you cannot live in the future. You can only live or change today. The oldest meaning in the world is probably one of the greatest mysteries kusasa ‘tomorrow NEVER COMES!’ There is no better time than now. So, whatever excuses you might have to wait to take those healthy steps that you know you should take, none of them work. Do it now, do it today. Resolve to do something different in your life before going to bed tonight.
Exercise Seven: Write Your Life Plan This is your plan for success. If you have not already done so, it is time to create a direction and purpose in your plans. Review your to-do list and record next to each skill where you want to achieve this by.
Eight Exercises: Carry Guaranteed Cards About You This is one of the fastest tools for your success. You are what you think. Strengthen your daily image by reviewing your thoughts. One of the easiest ways to do this is to carry verification cards in your wallet and update them regularly. Cards for a short burst of words on a business card that motivate and remind your image of your intentions. An example would be: * I can benefit from whatever I set my mind on. * I will be satisfied with one help. Try it, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Exercise Nine: Change Your Diet Now that you have laid the foundation in place, you are now ready to change your body habits.
