VIVO Y33s - WHY IS EVERYBODY BUYING THIS?

<p>we've got here another good one from vivo the vivo y3 vs it is a mid-range phone from the company it's got some solid specs 50 megapixel camera 5 000 milliampere battery although 18 watts charging only it's got a 1080p clear display and this slim design it also has a lot of ram eight gigs of ram one two eight gigs  plentiful and the pressing on this is quite good and a lot of reviews are telling me that this might be one of the best mid-range cameras available right now so if you're looking to upgrade in your phone and improve its camera this might be it or not we'll have a c and without further ado let's unbox this beast  the bigger tech beans let the unboxing begin all right white box blue the jelly case look at that transparent and now for the  gorgeous oh my goodness this does look like the vivo v21 let me just take a quick look oh yeah but here are the accessories that come with it 18 watts fast charger that is quite surprising  thought it was the flash charge 2.0  this is only 18 watts not the 33 watts one you'll find on the vivo v21 of course  type-c cable some decent earphones with a microphone and finally the sim ejector pin is here this is nice it will not get lost that easily okay let us unveil the whole story of  but when light touches it changes into this prism switches from blue to pink pinkish much like the vivo v21 sunset rose this is a pretty nice design it looks very premium it looks very expensive and modern the camera is 20 21 in terms of design one two three that is the 50 megapixel camera and we've got here two megapixels of depth sensor two megapixels of macro lens no  angle lens bummer but hey does have a flash right here and the whole camera module does look like the vivo x60 or rather the vivo v21 in any case the camera looks to be quite nice you know what when you talk about camera it's always vivo since their partnership with  oh my god their cameras has been just on point quality is just almost  but yeah going back to the design it is a flat back flat surface flat sides flat pretty much everything  call this the iPhone design and having android phones to have this kind of shape just adds a lot of charisma to the product it is an instant buy plus it does have a very shiny back shining and glimmering when light touches it you don't see that on the iPhones also the back has a nice texture to it very smooth albeit a  slippery on the hands you might need the gel case all the time so that it doesn't only add protection but also some extra grip the vivo y33s is a very light very thin phone it is made mostly of plastic still get smudges even though it's matte back but not that noticeable and the build quality is just okay because you know it's made out of plastic no fingerprint scanner at the back it's just the camera and the logo the fingerprint scanner is right here it is also the power button and on top of that is the headphone jack microphone type c port and the loudspeaker which is a dual  sim card slot plus a micro  card one for your expandable storage that's good on top of the 128 gigs of  just finished setting it up here's  know at least high refresh rate display included and  would have been a bonus but at least high refresh rate because you know how the competition goes but still the quality of the display is still pretty good you still get some good contrast the whites are pretty nice blacks okay and the brightness is quite good pretty usable in very bright conditions just like in my studio it is limited to that if you decide to use this outside and the sun's race is just shining so bright this is not going to be super usable or visible under that condition would want that the bezels are pretty okay guess it is using the drop or water drop notch right there so if you're sick of the punch hole display at least this is kind of unique well at least different pictures are pretty okay look at that my wife so pretty it's got some good color going for you know it's a good display if the pictures are not that washed out and things like this just stands out and look at  this is a 4k video of course but yeah that is the limitation it has but to be able to go there and display this kind of quality is wow  was not expecting this from the vivo y33s now what about the performance is it good well here's the  benchmark score it's pretty okay 240 000.  number right here is not usually super impressive in terms of 2021 performance it is pretty decent but of course when  was testing it out when was opening apps it felt pretty zippy pretty smooth if you ask me whoa so yeah performance wise it is pretty good just  but when it comes to games mobile legends here it is this is how the game looks like it does not go up to ultra graphics  it does have  mode high graphics shadow and the game does look very nice very good no frame drops whatsoever it runs pretty great on this phone and if you're a mobile  player this is gonna be a good buy for you the display is also very responsive  didn't feel any ghost touches miss touches or any problems with the display and no frame drops a good sign yeah if you love mobile legends this is gonna be a good phone for you will definitely enjoy mobile legends in this phone oh no  medium graphics high frame rates okay it's not super optimized for this game but still did feel that the phone was pretty smooth on this game just not 60 frames per second smooth of course it's only high frame rates the thing is this game is really good and  think this game is just super playable on this phone what matters is that it's playable it's not the best experience there are a lot of phones out there that could outperform this phone in terms of the optimization the performance the smoothness it will be able to give you if you're not a major call of duty player then this is pretty okay if you're just playing casual you will enjoy on this phone now let me just talk about that speakers the speakers is not stereo it's only one speaker it's not loud it's just okay it's also not that full when you hear it just wish it was better and of course my ultimate benchmark game is gadget impact a lot of players are playing this game not on mobile but on desktops and consoles because that's the best place to play it doesn't scorch your hands better graphics and just a lot more stable but of course on smartphones if you do decide to buy this phone this is going to let you play this game at the lowest settings well actually up until the highest settings it's all possible it's just not smooth it's not super playable also it's gonna be super hot at the highest settings the best settings for this one is low settings it's gonna be comfortable to hold and the frames are gonna be stable at this setting well what can you expect  than a year since its launch this processor has been the go-to processor for most mid-range or entry-level phones  and it is a very good one that's why a lot of smartphone makers are using it okay the games might be subpar on this phone but this is where things are gonna be turning around this is where it truly shines the camera but do take note  those are only reserved for their flagships  it still has a pretty nice camera it's just because vivo is really good at making camera software the image processing is out of this world that's one of the best in the business and here are the pictures that got with the phone as you can see for the price it's it looks just so good way better than the competition at this price and that's where it stands out you know many smartphones at this price are usually aimed at gaming but for vivo it's mostly about the camera and if you love taking pictures this is the phone for  it's going to give you consistent image quality across the board it also has some support when you're taking pictures most of the time pictures could be blurry but with this it does have some support m not sure if it's but when m taking pictures on this thing it usually comes out very sharp and very clean low light images are also pretty good it's not super noisy not super grainy it is something that you would really like here's the sample of the video the video looks quite smooth it doesn't have that jerk when you're walking could it be using  stabilization or one of vivo's advanced stabilization technology m not sure but whatever is that m seeing right here it's pretty stable just not vivo x70 staple that's already out of this world yeah you know what if you want the best camera this year go get the vivo x70 probably the best video camera that you can buy and it's half the price of an i phone yeah seriously but of course if your budget is just you know 15 000 pesos 13 000 pesos you might need to consider this one and that's right the price is 12 999 pesos 48 gigs of ram 128 gigs of internal storage there is no other variant there is another color the black one this is the midday dream and the other one is mirror black and that sums up this review of the vivo y33s it's a good mid-range phone but highly recommend you see it in person if you're not really convinced about this review you gotta experience it for yourself and it's being
